This was one of the most unforgettable experiences! It wasn’t just the level of service — it was the love that infused every moment of our stay at this hotel with this amazing team. The genuine desire of every member of the Shod Hotel team to make our vacation as perfect as possible — we couldn’t help but fall in love with the vibe here! We had a wonderful week at the Ritz-Carlton Maldives.The stunning environment and impeccable service were truly memorable. A special thanks to our Chinese-speaking ladies' butler, ICE, for her attentive care. She arranged everything for us, making the entire trip incredibly smooth. We also extend our gratitude to our housekeeping attendant, Mango, for his meticulous work. He kept our villa in perfect condition every day and delighted us with his creative towel art. Sincere thanks to both of them for making our stay so perfect.
