Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands, was nothing short of spectacular—easily the best hotel experience we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were embraced by the resort’s warm hospitality, starting with the traditional horn blow, refreshing towels, and delicious welcome tea. Every detail of our stay was flawlessly executed, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Dining Highlights • A LaLocanda Breakfast: The breakfast here was phenomenal, and the team—especially Shugar, Zenidah, and Minnie—made sure every morning started on the perfect note. • Special shoutout to Marlina: Her calm, gracious, and pleasant demeanor turned a minor issue around with such professionalism and care. She’s truly a gem and an asset to the team. • Teng, the Food & Beverage Director: Teng brought so much joy to our trip with her humor and welcoming energy. She made us laugh until our stomachs ached and ensured everything ran perfectly. Her leadership shines brightly across the resort’s dining experiences. • Chef Harsha’s Italian Cooking Class: This was a highlight! Chef Harsha crafted the most delicious tiramisu and was so friendly and engaging throughout the class. A memorable experience. • Beach Shack: Sunny, our restaurant attendant and bartender, made this spot unforgettable. Her impeccable drinks, warm personality, and fascinating stories about her home country, Bhutan, added a magical touch. She is an incredible talent, and we truly believe she would shine in an Aris Meeha role. Exceptional Dining Experiences: • Arabesque at La Patina Island: Chef Khaled crafted an exquisite meal, and the atmosphere was vibrant and unforgettable. • Iwau: Chef Jill prepared the most mouthwatering Maldivian lobster and wagyu. A culinary masterpiece. • Summer Pavilion: A dining experience that truly elevated the trip with its attention to detail and delicious cuisine. The Villa and Service Our two-bedroom villa upgrade was a dream come true—spacious, luxurious, and perfectly maintained. Our In-Villa Attendant, Shiyan, ensured everything was pristine, from the nightly truffles to the beautifully prepared spa bath. Special mention to Arafath, our Aris Meeha, who went above and beyond for us throughout the trip. One example of his incredible service? He made sure my AirPods, which I accidentally left on another island, were retrieved and returned to me. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made him a true highlight of our stay. Spa and Fitness The spa was pure bliss, and Maliq, the spa attendant, was incredibly talented. From my mani and pedi to an unforgettable massage, he was a jack of all trades who ensured every moment was perfect.
