It was already 11pm when we arrived at the hotel, and the front desk was very nice and checked us in quickly. We booked a king bed with a sofa bed. I opened the sofa bed and it was probably not used. It was very dirty, so I didn't use it. The next morning, maybe we woke up late, so there was not much choice for breakfast. But the mint tea bags are delicious.

Tv was all fuzzy. Remote didn’t work. Breakfast was bagels and cereal. Hotel seemed dated and dirty. Hot tub was tiny. Maybe for 2 people.

It’s been amazing stay, staff are wonderful, decent breakfast, all rooms are a wonderful size can’t beat the price for the quality.

The staff was freindly and helpful. The room was clean bit smelled like urine. No bulb in one lamp. Asked for a bulb, but lamp did not work.

Very nice and comfortable but hot tub was out of service and the extra pull out beds need a deep clean. It was unusable. The service was nice give the amount of staff and very polite. Staffing saved it.

This property is terrible. We reserved our room 7 days in advance and paid in full. We got out of our conference at 10pm and when we got to the hotel at 10:15 we were told they didn’t have a room for us. We will not stay at this hotel again or book with ******* again. I advise no one to book with ******* if you want to avoid this experience.

The bathroom was filthy. When I called down for extra blankets and pillows I was told that I had to go down to the front desk to get them.

Paid for a jacuzzi suit and wasn’t informed that that room is “out of service” until i got there and was given the key to a regular old room. Not very impressed
