前台戴眼鏡那個看起來四十來歲的胖大媽態度非常的**，多要個擦鞋布人家説前台沒有，讓保安送？？縣裡都這樣嗎？沒有服務人員，前台必備的日用品也沒有，問人家多久能送來，原話就是不知道，之後晚上回來同行的人去問她要直接又從前台拿出來了？合著我專門從樓上跑下樓就是看她臉色的？服務人員沒有服務意識跟欠他錢一樣什麼玩意兒，這輩子沒見過這麼拽的前台！房間非常冷，這破地方氣温低打開空調吹着還是冷風，整個枕頭和浴巾都是發黃的包漿的，命硬的可以來試試，看看臉色睡睡冰窖。

房間裏一股煙臭和不洗澡臭的味道，味道很大！被子應該是很久沒換過了。定了兩個房間都是這樣，很差勁。我住的房間睡到半夜過敏性鼻炎開始發作，家人住的另一個房間覺得被子臟身上癢。毛巾倒毛、泛灰。

這居然是我住過所有的格林豪泰最好的一家，一進門的大廳非常寬廣，房間面積很大，床墊軟硬適中睡着很舒服，衞生間也挺乾淨，十一來住每晚才200多，超級划算
