酒店房間大，而且設施都挺新的，性價比無敵。看得出裝修花了不少錢，庭院都是大理石鋪裝，別墅裏基本全吊頂，而且門感覺還是實木門。
可以看海景，庭院也能休息發呆，打包的海鮮也能用微波爐加熱，這個價格性價比無敵。

在三塊石景點路口，位置好找，旁邊是薩爾維度假酒店，後面有塊私人沙灘可以去玩，淡季時性價比高，馬路對面是海鮮大排檔，價格略比市區貴。
酒店是原來97號別墅裝修的，房間較大，總共四層。

超級差！！特別臟！！房間有味（類似買羊肉的肉攤的味），毛巾浴巾有味（像是被要飯的大漢剛剛擦過），枕頭有味（被要飯的人剛剛枕過），往外看海景的窗口是截圖的，房間前面還有建築，有旗子，看到的海是一線天。總之，特別噁心的一個民宿，第一次在攜程上評論，若不體驗極差也不會寫，希望給後面的遊客提個醒

位置很好找，晚上過去的晚，所以已經不堵車了，早上去看的日出，走着過去海邊很方便，前台妹妹也很好，看我一個人幫我提行李，就是小區隔音有點一般，可能看着窗子的原因，樓下住的人開門關門咣咣的，半夜11點多也沒有風不知為什麼這麼大聲音，嗓門也很大很大
小區對面街很多海鮮大排檔，和早餐海鮮粥牛肉粉

離城區有點遠，好像是一個爛尾樓改裝的，能看到一丟丟海景。我們還訂的海景房，地下室的沒有定，如果不是自駕開車的話，你應該不會選擇這裏

地理位置還好，距離海邊很近，可以免費停車，民宿應該是爛尾樓改建的，裏面佈置還不錯，當時定房間沒仔細看，定的是地下車庫改建的房間，前台小姐姐看我們拿着行李不方便就幫我們免費升級了1樓的房間，很感謝

設施：設備齊全 酒店的配有洗衣機烘乾機以及露天陽台可以晾曬衣服👚
衞生：乾淨整潔 去的時候正好碰上阿姨在打掃衞生 一床一換 阿姨發現被套有一點點泛黃都重新換一張新的給我們
服務：前台小姐姐很有耐心 告知我們一開始預訂的房型在一樓 帶我們看房以後瞭解我們的需求直接免費給我們升級了一個看海的房型 （預訂之前沒有注意看房型在幾樓） 第一次來問了前台小姐姐在哪裡吃飯不踩雷 前台小姐姐直接推薦名字就叫不踩雷的大排檔 跟朋友去吃了真的不踩雷 很滿意
環境：周圍都是綠植 海風伴着山風一起吹過來的時候整個人都很舒適 很安靜 合適跟朋友出行也合適發呆 👍👍👍

民宿是別墅改造的，環境很好，衞生乾淨，出門幾分鐘就是海，晚上退潮可以去趕海，旁邊酒店沙灘邊上晚上還有外國人在駐唱，有那麼一點浪漫。沙蟹特別多，小孩子玩的很開心

設施：
中規中距，典型的那種別墅改造類型名宿
房間佈局可以的，衞生間夠大，還有乾濕分離
設施有點陳舊了，牆上的插座開關大多數是松的。
位置：位置還不錯，離海邊很近，走過去幾分鐘。就是停車場離住的有點遠，車開進去門口放了行李再開出來是單行線，會車根本過不去。
便利性：走出去馬路對面很多餐廳，但是手藝不怎麼樣，吃了一次。第二天就去薩維爾吃了，算下來跟路邊餐廳差不多價格。
習慣性好評，再接再厲
