Very poor. If you renew the lease, you will have to pay more. I had to check out and live next door. They also deducted 20 yuan per hour.

We booked a room with a tea room. The hotel cost more than 300 yuan and didn’t come with a pack of tea. A bottle of mineral water priced at 18 yuan was priced at 18 yuan. 服務太度非常差，房間按排不為顧客着想，每天KTv扌撓民至深夜，嚴重影響睡眠，有其它空房間也不按排。有於朋友在前台下單價格比網上訂房貴，後續房在網上下單便義，然後按排的房間就刁難我們，對我們太度非常不好，入住感受及差。

停車：酒店門口擠在一起，進去不容易出去也不容易。
入住：去看房的時候前台説預訂的時候就確定了房號，我訂的海景房在5樓。入住的時候就變了：説老闆的朋友臨時要續住，5樓沒房，只有住3樓。
客房：黴味很大，枕頭底下還有彎曲的毛髮。窗户很臟，所謂的海景房啥都看不到。什麼都要付費，加一品礦泉水都要付費。
早餐：稀飯饅頭粗糧榨菜之類。
原本訂了兩晚，努力堅持了一晚第二天早早跑路

房間還行，設施也還行。
但是入住就遇到鬧心問題
1. 海景房結果玻璃外面大片泥污，如果説整個酒店都這樣也就自認了，天氣不好也情有可原。可是其他房間都沒問題啊。。。找前台協調結果就説滿房了，扭扭捏捏才説想辦法處理。收拾完房間前不應該檢查一下麼？
2. 晚上回酒店問門口保安師傅停車問題，師傅很乾脆很果斷，酒店不提供車位，你們自己處理😓有點牛哦，稍微指一下路可以的吧？而且一樓電梯口裡麪一大片停車場，酒店租幾個車位不難吧。。。雖然最後車停門口也還行吧，只是都是自己負責
3. 房間配茶台，結果礦泉水和茶都額外收費，還比市面貴幾倍。兩個大水加一袋茶成本10元頂天，生意是需要維護的！！
4. 有個需要換床單的卡片已經放在床上了。不僅沒換，連整理都沒整理。挺厲害的。
總結：硬件還行，軟件跟不上，在服務細節還有很長路要走
