I never like to comment, but I really couldn't bear it... The hotel quilt cover was dirty. I called the front desk to ask someone to change it. Only the security guard and the front desk were on duty, so I had to change it myself... Look at the luxurious hotel service facilities at the door. 總體不錯，2.7米大床小朋友隨便滾都不怕。小朋友看上親子房間的滑梯，進房間竟然沒有😂不過很快就抬了一部進來，小朋友很喜歡。

在廣西內住的最差的一家酒店。
衞生條件極差！入住的時候浴室裏麪的頭髮都沒有打掃乾淨。房間裏沒有洗手用的小香皂，而是放了一瓶莫名其妙的像洗衣粉一樣的東西。問前台，説是在盒子裏，根本沒有！
房間裏面的空調噪音很大，很吵。晚上睡得並不好。
第二天上午吃早餐，桌子下面有一衹半死不活的蟑螂，整個人都不好了，旁邊桌子下面還有一衹蠕動的黑蟲子。
明明寫着是“無煙餐廳”，但餐廳裏面有2個人在抽煙，也沒有工作人員管。吃的東子品種也很少。
真不知道這高分怎麼來的！

服務：服務很好，工作人員很熱情，晚上到的，辦理入住以後就想去逛吃逛吃，就問了工作人員，工作人員很熱情得介紹了附近好吃好玩的地方
衞生：房間很乾凈，東西擺放得也很整齊，佈置得很貼心
設施：停車很方便，門口有車位可以停，也有地下室，很多車位٩（*´◒`*）۶
環境：環境也好，在房間就可以看到漂亮的海邊，下午還去了海邊吹吹海風，關鍵是酒店位置很好找呀，就在大道旁邊，在路口還以為走過了，一抬頭就看到了粉粉的酒店，哈哈哈啊

二樓吃早茶偶然發現這個酒店，位置相當好，緊靠北部灣大道，出門就是海邊沙灘，周圍交通方面，離伏波廣場很近，伏波路上吃的太多。房間設施很好且安靜，服務人員態度專業，上下電梯多且方便，房間可以看見大海。

首先環境：臟亂差，第一天和入住第二天的的大堂和電梯間都可以臟成這樣
其次價格：價格非常混亂，明明攜程看親子房是400，定了之後扣款600多，訂房訊息一定要看仔細免得被酒店坑。
最後酒店管理：前台和經理應該沒有培訓過，沒有服務精神，出點小插曲一副不搭理你，你愛找攜程找攜程的態度，處理事情消極晾着用户，防城港的第一站真是膈應，旅途唯一的不愉快
