離高鐵站挺近的，酒店的位置不錯，配置各方面也還可以，酒店的服務員很有禮貌，很貼心的是酒店的男經理優秀招呼客人先進電梯～就是晚上有點吵。

地下停車場位子多隨便停，房間雖然裝修有些年頭不過乾淨衞生，早餐雖然品種不太多但是可以嗦粉就行，前台服務很好退房還有伴手禮贈送。
步行200米就是步行街非常的方便，晚上去逛很近呀。

地處鬧市口，酒店12F有自助洗衣房，烘乾機，非常方便，房間挺乾淨的，前台接待人員熱情介紹，很專業，並給我們升級了房間，非常感謝！有機會還會再來的。

此次為期兩週的旅行從三亞到北海、潿洲島再到防城港，住過好幾個品牌酒店，最糟糕體驗就是這家維也納酒店。先安排的房間滿屋煙味無法忍受，反饋後給予換房，説換房後機器人送房卡，換到新房間等了30多分鐘還沒見機器人，電話諮詢説送到原先安排的房間去了…我去，房間有煙味我還等在那嗎？再次要求又過了10多分鐘機器人才來。其二，不記得自己預訂時怎麼勾選的，住兩天顯示一天有早餐一天沒有。去前台詢問也確定是一天有早餐，沒關係，沒有那天出去吃也無妨。有早餐去用餐時餐廳告知要有早餐券才行，既然這樣為什麼不能在入住時主動告知或者就提前給餐券呢？況且我還針對早餐問題去前台諮詢過。這樣的維也納距離存活不下去想必指日可待了。再説下，入住兩天，接觸的前台全是冷冰冰的一張臉沒有任何笑意，樓層見到人也不主動打招呼，這個可以理解，畢竟阿姨們文化層次不一樣。總之，這家維也納顛覆了我對維也納的認知，僅此一次入住而已。
