The hotel is clean, tidy and hygienic, with a good location and convenient travel. The lady at the front desk has a very good service attitude and is kind-hearted! Great reviews, great reviews, highly recommended!

The room is quite small. I can’t watch the TV. I can’t even log in to my Youku account. I have to swipe the QR code on the TV interface to purchase goods. There is nothing around. It is not recommended to drive by yourself.

設施：很久不住城市便捷了，特地選了新酒店，智能電視，智能馬桶好評，水壓也很穩定。就是窗户太高，得男士才能打開，希望注意提示居住的旅客
衞生：國慶期間入住，還是很乾凈的，對衞生要求高的可以放心
環境：周圍感覺沒啥本地特色，需要開車。旁邊有家按摩店，沒有明碼標價，想説漂流完放鬆一下，一問價格，店員八顆牙齒回答：不貴。一百多！丟咯，防城港啥地方這種小店也一百多，感覺要被坑，趕緊溜了。
安利一下附近新開的八爪漁市場，比起以往去的採珠、企沙要貴丟丟，但乾淨衞生好停車，門口就有公平秤電子秤，還有母嬰室殘疾人專用衞生間等，不會選貨嫌麻煩的可以盲沖，以後每年秋季必去搞一餐！！
服務：因為當時訂了大床房，到酒店以後提出想換雙床房，工作人員確認了房間情況後馬上給做了升級，而且還會幫我們同行的訂了同一樓層，這個要給工作人員點贊，前台服務意識還是不錯的，酒店wifi提示，入住機器人送餐等等，雖然年輕人可能覺得soso，但估計很多中老年人還是會覺得體貼。

客服熱情服務態度好，房間乾淨舒適，生活用品齊全，燈光適宜。點餐還有機器人送上樓。是個出差旅行的好住處。需要改進的是衞生間加個可以放置或懸掛換洗衣物的地方和更換柔軟一點的枕頭。

我訂的房型標題寫“乾濕分離” ，實際入住房間是混在一起的， 不符合描述，住酒店被坑到降房型真是頭一次
辦入住時前台：這房型我們只有幾間，在電梯附近，加錢換房嗎？
沒想到酒店只有一條几乎一扇門寬，不到1m的走道。電梯在一頭，所有房間在走道兩邊，給的01房間那是真給電梯看門。
是的整層只有這一間房小了一圈（逃生圖）也符合前台説只有幾間這種房，都在電梯口的説法，但不是我預訂的房型！！或者前台故意刁難？
產生最氣人的問題：
我半夜3點被不知道什麼************砸門整醒。醒過來後還能聽到連砸十幾下的巨響
住了一晚才發現這麼垃圾，防城港真是處處坑 廣西最差體驗。
