樓下是海員俱樂部，裝修稍微老舊一點，像是國營內部招待所。前台接待的大姐佩戴着黨徽，熱情專業，安全感十足。管理和衞生非常好，空調也足、停車場很大。
對面就是步行街，晚上有夜市，步行10分鐘就是322廣場和海邊。附近是北港居民區，農貿市場、超市、飯店一應俱全。性價比高。

非常滿意的一次入住，房間寬敞明亮，隔音效果好，床睡着舒服，各項設施也齊備。前台美女很熱情，給人感覺如沐春風，衞生也很好，沒有像之前住了海景民宿後身上發癢的情況。早餐非常豐盛，完全符合三星級標準。位置在市區，酒店街對面就是美食城和步行街，吃喝玩樂都非常方便。5分好評，強烈推薦！！

老舊的賓館、但有些假山水池等、環境還算可以。前台服務員效率太低、辦理速度太慢，但服務態度還可。有停車場但還要收費，設施太一般，説是有窗的房間、一扇非常小的窗、衹能開條縫、空氣味道不好，衞生一般

早餐小朋友也收費，15元/人，不分大小，也不算貴。不過早餐，也就勉強算是有吧。。
工會的賓館，有點年份了。還算乾淨，設施有點老久，床比較硬，有點黴味，服務一般吧，也沒啥服務可言。
有停車場，停車免費。周圍還是比較方便。
但是這邊離景點都挺遠（和酒店無關，不管住這邊還是住城區都遠）。
安全性什麼的都挺好，空調也算給力。
