There are many items in the room, but there are no charges marked and there is no price list. Six hours after checking out, the deposit has not been received. After calling the hotel twice, I was told that extra charges would be charged for room drinks and chocolates (the price was three times the market price). The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after deducting the consumption items. At the same time, the room is old, the sound insulation is not good, and there are other hairs on the floor. Suspected of defrauding and misleading consumers, harming consumer rights, and negative reviews.

The room is very nice and clean. The mattress is very comfortable. I stayed here for 10 hours. Beautiful lady. The front desk service is very good. The children next door shouted all night, but it didn’t affect my rest. However, the sound insulation is really poor. Finally, I want to ask why the hotel can reach 4.7 points. I am really convinced by Ctrip. I will not stay in such a hotel for 200 yuan. It is a terrible experience.
