環境乾淨衞生 看起來十分整潔 門口設有免費停車場 停會很方便 對面就是嘉樂城 出門買東西吃喝玩樂啥的都很便捷 性價比很高

酒店服務態度很差，晚上十點多入住，遇到房間空調機噪音很大，吵了一晚，前台説都是這樣的，讓我們去聽前台大廳的空調機，和前台溝通，第一次安排保安上來，保安説確實聲音吵，但他修不了，理解然後跟前台溝通。前台就反饋沒房，不住就退房，之後也沒有任何相關人員過問這個事情，通過攜程客服溝通，先是十幾個電話聯繫不上，聯繫上了也是一樣的態度，最後睡了一晚，後面通過12345反饋，週一相關人員上班後瞭解相關情況，進行調解，酒方態度也是很強硬，工作人員建議酒店可以打電話和我們溝通，酒店單方面拒絕。全程我們沒有提任何經濟賠償，或者退費要求。酒店方和消協負責人員溝通的過程中也是隨意亂説情況，説我們是中午入住等等。後面説給我們換房，其實也是我們本來第二天預訂的新房型，本來就是要換房，而不是酒店的處理方式。反正這個酒店的體驗是是最差的。

房間環境棒棒的，唯一缺點就是洗澡沖涼的時候水壓賊小，跟撒尿一樣，體驗感嚴重下降，希望下次入住的時候能有所改進

環境還不錯，就是浴室側面玻璃是透明的外面可以看見需要把浴室裏的簾子拉好，要是換成貼膜的就更方便些
