隔音很差！小區外面很吵，無人值守的民宿，完全做不到讓入住的客户安靜，提早退房的在外面大聲説話，小孩子玩門口的石子，聽的一清二楚！其實在廣西這個寵物不友好的的地方能找到這樣子一家的民宿很欣慰，但是不好的地方要直説，也不想大家因為好評矇蔽了雙眼！進門有尿騷味（一開始我覺得是自己養貓狗敏感）晚上窗簾關上黑乎乎我也沒仔細看，以為可能是沒用84之類的去味去拖地才下導致，好心給老闆説了！直到第二天早上打開窗簾我發現，這是衞生壓根沒搞乾淨，窗台口全是尿啊（千萬別賴是我家，我們進門前就有紙尿褲穿着）而且我們小狗達不到這尿量！其次就是床上不知道哪來德硅膠耳釘屁股，讓我懷疑床品都沒更換！而且晚上發現的時候也沒説再來弄下乾淨，就是不好意思完事了？

民宿房間很乾凈衞生，床品很舒服，洗手間的空間大，暖風機可以準確對着洗澡的方向吹，非常暖。設施齊全，每個房間都有投影，全屋智能，洗衣機還有烘乾功能，在沿海城市特別的實用。
位置很好找，周邊餐廳很多，還有海鮮市場和大超市。街對面就是兩個網紅餐廳。
停車方便，後邊小區就可以停車，地面地下都可以停。停車也很便宜一天才8元。
最要説的是服務真的超級好，老闆娘無微不至的關心照顧，趕上了正月十五還特意準備了很多湯圓。真的被服務暖心到了，下次來防城港還會來住的。

一個字好，兩個字很好，三個字非常好，四個字很好很好，總之就是滿意。住了幾天不知道見過老闆、管家沒有，反正感覺老闆挺講究的，管家挺細心的。難得評價一次酒店，沒啥文化，不能把好的感受寫出來。推薦來防城港住這裏，可以自駕東興，欽州，都不遠。好像真的就衹有九間房子哦😲

有狗的味道。。。看到其他客人帶寵物，我以為他們的味道，沒想到房間裏還有味道！隱隱約約就能聞到，想到狗睡過的，我們再睡真的膈應。。。又不給退款説過了最晚取消時間，忍着住了一晚。走廊和電梯都有味道。
隔音一般，樓下是小吃街和馬路，房間後面是小區，早上小區居民一大早跳廣場舞真的吵，睡個懶覺都睡不好。
價格還賣這麼貴真的是一點都不值，性價比不高，照片都很好看，味道和聲音拍不出來。

房間很乾凈 我們自駕帶狗狗 房間裏面隔音不錯 配套冰箱洗衣機都有 名宿一共九間房 所以不會吵 樓下吃的很多 網紅店在對面一條街有好幾家
不包早餐但是下樓就是早餐店 餛飩包子餃子腸粉麪條都有 所以吃飯很方便

民宿位置還不錯，離海邊很近。交通方便，周邊也很多吃的，對面就有兩家網紅店。就是隔音一般般晚上可能有點吵。

到目前為止住過最好的民宿，房間乾淨，舒適，位置好，離海邊步行5分鐘，離民宿步行5分鐘有超市，菜市場，晚上有夜市，早上樓下就要早點，吃住玩很方便，房東很熱情也很貼心，住宿趕上聖誕節，房東送了聖誕節禮物🎁，非常好的一次住宿體驗，明年有機會還會再來

我們在網上看了很久最終選擇玖澗沒有失望，民宿室內配套一流，乾淨整潔，房間很大，洗澡很舒服，床品，毛巾舒適。主人熱情，民宿離海邊很近散步就能到，附近吃的地方多，去汽車站方便，有機會來防城港可以再次選擇。
