房間挺新的，裝修還可以，設施設備還行，停車很方便，費用也不高。周圍吃飯的沒有市中區的方便，我們去超市買的食材自己在家做的，廚具都備齊了，衹是電磁爐沒有燃氣灶用起方便。房間比較清凈。

房間很大，設施設備齊全，廚具餐具都有而且是一套餐具挺有品質的。樓下停車也很方便，小區外面是免費的，小區裏面收費但也很便宜。
