房子是在港口區市區內，近門直走摩託車停車棚右邊就是房子，老闆家廚房可以做飯，鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全，煮的蒸的炸的什麼都有，還有之前客户留下來的洗滌劑，洗衣機也有，洗衣服都不用自己買，屋裡都有，衹是需要自己帶一下牙刷毛巾之類的小東西。小區出門左邊五十米不到就是菜市場，裏面海鮮價格一般，蝦26一市斤但是很鮮，米麪糧油都有賣的，房子距離海灘二十多分鐘，除了離海邊遠一點，其他都很好。畢竟價格不貴，我們大人小十個人。

老闆人態度很好，有問必答。小區區位位置好找，周邊配套齊全。房子性價比高，總體而已體驗比較良好，值得推薦。
