離海邊很近，早上可以挖小螃蟹青口，開心極了。挖了一早上沒有挖夠，大家一定要穿雨鞋戴手套，挺容易劃傷的，真是開心的一天

這次防城港之行，我們選擇入住北部灣大道海灣1號樓盤內的民宿，位置很好，購物方便，房間內還有灶台，周邊有台灣城、香港城、恆大御景灣等樓盤，商業繁榮。下次來防城港，還會選擇“良棲”民宿。

請諒解旅行回來一週多了才得空評價。此次親子游很慶幸選擇了良棲酒店：一是房間價格超實惠（暑假都那麼良心），原本要住三天，結果有一天沒訂着；二是房間設施也齊全；三是衞生打掃及時，整體環境不錯。最重要的一點是小姐姐人太好，太好，太好！她的出現，讓我們跟防城港的第一次遇見舒心太多！肯定會再來入住！

民俗很乾凈，裝修也整潔
客服態度很好，微信聯繫要了幾次停車券，都很温柔
房內有鍋具和洗衣機，飲食起居都比較方便
停車直接停放在樓下地面停車場就好，挺大的，能停很多輛車，出去給停車券可以免費，白天出去保安可能不收停車券，展示一下就可以直接開走了，很方便很nice！
海景房陽台其實沒有多少海可以看得到，被建築擋住了，不過這個無所謂，提一嘴當個參考
樓層高人多，兩部電梯有點不夠用，經常等挺久電梯的算法才輪到這一層
總體很滿意，瑕不掩瑜無傷大雅，性價比很高，推薦

房間很新，挺乾淨的。我們是帶着寵物去旅行，這家可以帶狗子入住，解決了我們難住店的難題。
房間所在的小區環境很好，周圍人不多，但吃吃喝喝的東西非常多，也算平價。
店老闆非常熱心，人很好，有問題及時幫我解決，也給我推薦附近遊玩項目。
這裏免費停車，自駕過來很方便。小區外面一點就是海灘，人少，海貨不少。非常棒。最後上圖看看環境。

衞生：挺新的，乾淨。
設施：廚房洗衣機齊全，使用方便。
環境：不遠處就是一個海灘，有好多螺絲和寄居蟹
服務：老闆不錯
因為在一棟樓裏，外面沒有牌子，直接不好找到，提前給老闆聯繫，還是很好找

到防城港行程出現變化臨時住下，周圍滿房，衹有良棲有空房。比同一幢樓的另一個賓館便宜一半，抱着試試看的心理入住
設施：在濱海一號裏，帶陽台，兩部電梯直達，屋內裝修新，景觀好
衞生：布草乾淨，房屋整潔，新跟網上圖片基本無差
環境：環境沒得説，跟同一樓裏另一個酒店一個進出口，樓下有停車場，她家提供免費停車票
服務：服務着重説一下，真是一百分服務，哆啦a夢似的管家，響應迅速，要啥有啥，指甲鉗，洗衣液。。。啥啥都有啊。。。趕上台風停運管家小姐姐還要給我桶裝方便麪，真的感動到不行
附上台風夜陽台景觀和管家小姐姐提供的洗衣液照片視頻，房屋內景跟網圖一致，就沒拍。這個價位裏，感覺應該是非常超值了！總之很推薦！

第一次一家四口海邊旅行，房間空間寬敞明亮，有單獨的客廳和陽台，活動空間大，在港口區樓下對面有超市，早餐這些都很近很方便，去景區遊玩也不遠，自己開車的非常推薦👍 👍 老闆娘性格好，回訊息又快。這次旅行很開心，下次再去還是選她們家。
