不錯，小區位置挺好的，環境優美，綠化挺好的，小區周邊吃的玩的都近，離市政府，科技館很近，房間乾淨衞生，廚具齊全，自己買海鮮來做飯方便，一家4口住剛合適，全程老闆娘都是微信聯繫，人挺熱情的，下次去還會租。

房間很乾凈，房東人也很好，有問題都能及時的解決，位置也很方便，這應該是防城港裏最便利的小區了，下面是超市，對面是美食街，去旁邊的公園都衹要1公里左右，短期的旅行裏讓我們一家住的很舒心。

位置很好找，也很方便，附近很多商業中心，對面就是夜市，吃喝玩都可以，離東站也不遠，還有很多租電瓶車的，房子很乾凈，可以自己做飯吃，很不錯👍

小套二的房間帶孩子正好合適。房子乾淨整潔毫無異味。廚房用具齊全買了海鮮回來自己弄很方便，衹需要買掉頭調味料。弄了一桌子海鮮才花兩百多。前一天在外面吃了一點點普通的都花200多了。老闆人很好，強烈推薦！

乾淨，整潔，住得很舒服，很適合一家人或朋友三四一起住，小房間雖沒有空調但有門有窗，開着廳裏空調也挺好，物有所值。
