房間和照片一樣，很乾凈很舒服。推薦自駕過來，性價比很高。中途遇到密碼出了問題，房東也很熱心很快的解決了。

一開始圍着小區轉了兩圈才找到大門，進去之後停車免費，很nice。房間很舒適，每一間空調效果都很好。帶孩子出門必須有廚房洗衣機才方便，在外面吃海鮮孩子吃不了啥。回來自己隨便做點孩子就吃得很香了。 早餐基本自己做，也能省下一大筆錢。 老闆也很好，推薦遊覽路線，很熱情。 五星推薦。

在小區裏的民宿整體都不錯，設施很全衞生也很乾凈，因為民宿在一樓的原因然後住户的車都停在一樓早上住户進進出出開車就會有點吵了，由於新裝修房屋還是有點味道。民宿負責人很負責有問題能馬上處理，這個價位性價比很高的了。

高檔小區裏性價比很高的房子，房東服務態度超級好，，溝通非常愉快，住的很舒服，小區保安24小時值班，環境很美很安全，房間設施配備齊全，可以做飯，很安靜，很乾凈也很温馨，一次很愉快的體驗，下次還來。

房東的這個房間是在一個高檔小區，不用説院裏環境如同花園，連保安都是帥哥。一進門，房屋整潔温馨的程度讓我異常驚喜，兩居室，通透朝陽，感覺非常温暖。傢俱被褥，灶具，蒸鍋炒鍋，一切都是嶄新的。客廳裏大電視是60吋的，手機可以直接投屏，陽台上可以看到防城江，景色很好，處在17層，視野開闊。住在這裡是一次非常愉快的經歷。
