原本在攜程上訂好了酒店，但到了酒店前台，前台告知沒房了。我給攜程客服打電話之後，前台才同意升級房型讓我住進去。但是第一次升級的房間看不了電視（我出來住酒店就為了看電視📺，怎麼能看不了電視。）於是前台再一次給我換了間房。房間很大很大，但是不是智能房，一切都需要手動。並且前台的服務態度很不好，很不耐煩。問什麼都愛答不理的。但是安保大叔、保潔阿姨、餐廳服務員都是好人。大大地點贊該酒店的自助餐廳。早餐很豐盛很好吃，就是沒有肉。不過也很超值。
看着跨年晚會睡着大床的感覺真好呀。
本來想用洗衣機洗衣服的，但是酒店有標語“衣服洗壞了、弄丟了不負責”，我就沒敢洗衣服。
房間開空調的話，會有電流聲。電流聲會持續一整晚。
酒店處於鬧市區，但我的房間朝內部，不鬧，方便我睡覺。酒店窗簾遮光很好。
如果沒有門卡是上不去四樓五樓的。
總的來説，是一次不錯的入住體驗。
我喜歡大大的房間，如果有浴缸就好了。奈何只有蓬蓬頭。
酒店員工似乎不會寫“餐”字。

房間不是很大，床墊很舒適，早餐不是很豐盛，一個大姐做飯挺乾淨炒菜味也不錯，畢竟房價不高，車轉了一圈能停門口。價以挺高。

房間衞生乾淨整潔，進店服務熱情，有免費停車場，還有洗衣房，入住後馬上把臟衣服洗了，第二天退房箱子裏清清爽爽的，下次來住宿首選

1 説了要換四件套 床單不換 保潔來了還説換了 非得讓我挑明瞭説昨晚的一個污漬今天還在
2 續住清理房間 床不鋪？被子不鋪？洗手池垃圾不丟？把我插門口的房卡順走？順便還把抹布丟我牀頭櫃？
3 出門前插着房卡回來就沒了 來了之後非説自己沒拿 搞的我還納悶 最後發現是保潔收被子把卡順走了 換了個人過來送卡 道歉送了幾瓶不要錢的礦泉水
4 中午12點反饋問題説沒打掃乾淨 床沒鋪垃圾沒丟抹布不收走 下午3點半了人還沒來？前台都換班了 房間拖了一下午沒來打掃？
5 換四件套 換來換去沒有一個正常乾淨的被套 最後給我換了一個帶血漬的 我説換個別的 跟我説整層樓沒有新的乾淨被套了 衹能讓我將就用
6 酒店洗衣機挺好 但是建議給員工培訓一下怎麼使用 想洗烘一下 找個人過來半天搞不明白 最後還是自己上網問 對了 兩台洗衣機只有一台能用 另一台壞了也不修 能用的這台洗衣機也挺臟 裏面橡膠圈都很臟了 烘乾功能也不好用 一件普通衞衣烘了一個半小時還是濕的
7 頭頂淋浴壞的
綜上所述，一個連鎖酒店能搞出這麼多奇葩問題，也挺逗的，下次還是華住會吧

白玉蘭酒店是錦江集團下屬的酒店，地處房縣市中心，酒店門臉一般，但客房內部設施很新，且佈局合理，我預訂的房間面積足夠大，卧具也很舒服。在入住過程中出現一點小問題，酒店前台及工作人員立刻給予了妥善的解決，服務熱情到位，點贊👍酒店前後有免費停車位，停車方便。周邊商店餐館較多。

白玉蘭品質沒的説，房間超級大，設施很新，附近特別熱鬧旁邊就是生活廣場去購物美食應有盡有，早餐還不錯，工作人員態度好，停車方便。
