1、前台工作人員服務態度及其惡劣，對入住攜程的客人雙標對待，明確講喜歡定低價房，簡直是一種藐視；
2、衞生一塌糊塗，牆體發黑黴，洗手間角落也是，浴巾都爛了，不知道是不是假全季；
3、惡意關房，還不承認 説沒有！

全季是我出行的第一選擇，因為酒店的服務、房間佈置以及配套設施都是很令人滿意和舒服的。全季房縣步行街店，地處房縣中心地帶，周邊餐飲購物都很方便，並且前台服務、餐飲服務都特別熱情，絕對賓至如歸的感覺，一進門廳還24小時備有熱飲、熱粥及茶葉蛋，讓在外的遊子瞬間感受到家的温暖。特別要感謝前台那個圓圓臉的小姑娘（在襄陽工作過），温暖的微笑特別打動人，聽説我們要駕車返回襄陽，馬上又給我們送上礦泉水，太感謝了。

這次出行入住的酒店真的給我帶來了超棒的體驗！剛踏入酒店大堂，暖黃色的燈光就像家的温暖懷抱，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。前台工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住手續迅速又貼心，幫我們免費升級了房型，給小朋友準備了小童拖鞋和牙刷，還細心地介紹酒店的各項設施和周邊好玩的地方。臨走時候還送了伴手禮，真的很推薦哦！

很好的酒店，入住時還送了一瓶礦泉水，房間空間很大，採光好，明亮，設施齊全，前台服務很好。購買了一份早餐，早餐也很棒，有免費的停車場，出行也很方便，旁邊就有超市，非常推薦
