The environment is elegant and quiet, the room is spacious and comfortable, the stay experience exceeded expectations, the facilities are complete and well maintained. The room has a large bay window with a wide view. When I opened the curtains in the morning, I felt particularly comfortable. The staff was warm and thoughtful, and they made people feel very caring from check-in to check-out. I will choose here next time I come to Zhuhai!

Finally, let me add a little bit about the hotel's amusement park and breakfast.
There is an amusement park on the first floor of the hotel (you need to take off your shoes and wear socks to enter), which is quite large. There are ocean ball parks, electronic game machines, and claw machines. Guests staying in the hotel are given park tickets and game coins (20 per night), 2 coins each time for clawing dolls, 5 coins each time for large games such as motorcycles, and 3 coins for others. If you don't have enough to play, you can buy coins from the machine yourself. Children can play for a long time. If you have free time, you can really play.
The breakfast room is on the second floor. The food is rich, but the variety is very limited every day. It's a bit boring to eat if you stay for a few more nights.

The hotels rooms are fab my kid loved her pink princess room. The location is a little quiet but there is a great noodle restaurant within 2 minutes walk, handmade northern Chinese noodles and more restaurants a 10 minute walk away it’s also very easy for the hotel to get you a car to all the local theme parks and attractions and the staff were super helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

The formaldehyde smell is quite strong, the sanitation is quite clean, and the service is quite good.
The distance is too far, and the surrounding area is very remote. It is written that Xiangzhou District is actually already in the rural development zone. There are unfinished houses all around, and it is three or four kilometers to the nearest business district. There is only a small supermarket downstairs around, and there is not even a restaurant.
It takes several hours to take a bus to the city, which is very inconvenient! The bus ends early in the evening, and some buses are gone after nine o'clock. There are also few takeouts around, and the delivery fees are also very expensive.
This price is medium cost-effective, and I will not live here again next time I come to Zhuhai.

The dining area log wind table and chair, with green plants and red decorations, warm and comfortable. Crane, dead branches and birds create scenery, add a little taste.
Here, the hustle and bustle is isolated, the leisure and comfort are left, slowly taste, slowly enjoy, the years are soft.
Everywhere you go is a fresh taste, like deep in the mountains, very relaxed.
The front desk staff and the restaurant aunt are very warm and polite.

The two days spent at Yinlan Baishe on Qi'ao Island in Zhuhai were simply a healing journey! This pure white house is like an isolated fairy tale cottage, hidden in a quiet corner of Qi'ao Island. You can see the greenery when you open the window, and there is only the sound of the gentle wind in your ears, which completely isolates you from the outside world. I was irritable and wanted to find a quiet place to retreat, but I didn't expect surprises one after another - the thoughtful butler took the initiative to help me upgrade to a larger room, and the spacious and bright space made me relax instantly. What touched me most was the butler's super thoughtful service, which was always available at any time for any needs, meticulous and heartwarming! The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and I can sleep peacefully every night. After two days, my body and mind have been thoroughly stretched. I will definitely come back to such a treasure place if I have the chance!

Two families came to stay, a total of six people. Because we didn't arrive until 11pm, we contacted the staff along the way. After we arrived, a little sister was very attentive and thoughtful. She deserves praise. This time we rented a three-bedroom and two-bathroom villa. The living room is very spacious. It is indeed a good choice. Parking is available downstairs. The location is not far from the shopping mall, but the hygiene needs to be improved. The mattress is comfortable and the air conditioning is sufficient. However, there is still some smoke smell in the room. Next time, you can choose the largest villa with a private swimming pool

We had an amazing time at this hotel! From the friendly staff to the spotless rooms, everything was top-notch. We requested non-smoking, higher-floor rooms and were pleasantly surprised with sea-view upgrades. The location is perfect - close to both the beach and the opera house. GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Zhuhai for the first time, and it truly was a memorable experience. From the moment I checked in, Gavin at the front desk greeted me with a big welcoming smile and exceptional friendliness. He went above and beyond by upgrading us to a seaview room in celebration of my birthday, which made the stay even more special. Gavin’s helpfulness and warm attitude made a lasting impression.
I really enjoyed the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. It was a perfect place to relax, and I felt very cared for throughout my stay. I’m already looking forward to returning soon, especially when my mom’s birthday in August. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so delightful!

CC.L. LiThe room was big with a small balcony facing greenery and a bit bay view. No room was available until 3 pm. Overall staff were nice and helpful with greeting and smiles, providing information when required. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet included in our package were various and delicious. But the food inside the parks and hotels was expensive. Travelling to different hotels and parks was easy by taking free shuttle busses or boat ride. We enjoyed the fun at Ocean Kingdom, especially the chimelong show and white show. The location of the hotel was near Hengqin port.

2. Afternoon tea boring menu. Nothing special at high price. Mediocre food that not match the price.
3. No courtesy. Tea time bills should be treated by hotel (we are waiting for the room at the table as we have no where to go.)
4. Morning Breakfast variety need improvement especially the Asian corner, taste bad in China is unacceptable specifically the noodles soup taste terribly bland.
5. Morning Breakfast consumption not enough to cater with the numbers of customers. Session end at 11:00am but at 10:00am many variety left empty.
6. Windows glass need cleaning due to dirt blurry view (Hotel Room Suite with a view of the harbor).
7. Serious improvement needed for the hi-tea sets, lost my appetite looking at the cookies and cakes decorated with a tray of fake grass, look gross. Majority of the items on the plate taste cold and bland being left over unfinished. Overpriced ridiculous portion of truffle fries with little to no truffle at all, rely on tomatoes sauces and sour cream from other plates. TWG tea should be served FREE because taste like tap water, the tea bag is dated and tasteless maybe expired. Coffee beans need to upgrade for its price my expectation it should be better than Luckin coffee.
8. Certain area of the hotel suite is a little dated and need replacement especially the bathroom mirrors that looked oxidized as if fungus is living in it.
9. Please replace the rain shower hose, it’s dated and not function properly.
Conclusions
There is nothing really wrong with the hotel, it’s the food menu need to change and the hotel room take note on the small details as we paid hefty price a night. Workforce management needs to pay attention, why would you need 3 hours to prepare a room? You kill tourist day and time that you can’t undo. Customer is paying for the luxury, we don’t pay to hear how sorry from St.Regis staff that failed to deliver. We are not here to listen to your problems.

EE.C. FamilyThe Hotel is amazing. The staff are so friendly. The front desk Jasmin made an up grade for a room with Macao view. Ryan, the staff of swimming pool ate very kind and friendly. Treats us very well. The breakfast is amazing, I had a favorite breakfast in Zhuhai before come here, but I think now, here is my favorite. A very good quality and varied menu. The Happy our is also good. The staff are friendly. I just think could have more western food, like pasta for kids, and no so spicy food because we foreigners no longer eat it. Think more about happy our food, I will come back. It’s only my suggestion because all of other things was 5 stars ⭐️ Last note: the hot jacuzzi is outstanding. Amazing.

AAndreaam12We had the best weekend getaway at Hyatt Regency in Zhuhai! It was our first time visiting this new location, and we chose the hotel because it seemed like the perfect option for family travel. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, the hotel had everything we needed for a great time.
The activities and facilities for kids were incredible: a kids club, indoor playroom, outdoor playroom, indoor kids' pool, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Our children had a blast!
The food was spectacular, with a range of flavors and high-quality dishes. Selina from the Food & Beverage team was a miracle worker for us. Her kindness and willingness to help made our experience above and beyond, especially with two little ones in tow. She resolved any issues we had and helped coordinate our meal times, navigating the language barrier like a pro. A huge shoutout to Selina and her team for making our dining experience so enjoyable!
We also took advantage of the spa services. The spa is quite comfortable and spacious. I had a regular massage treatment, which was good. While I’ve had better massages, it was still relaxing. I specified that I wanted a full head, neck, and back massage, but due to the language barrier, it wasn’t fully understood. This is an area for improvement to ensure clients leave 100% satisfied. However, the pre- and post-service experience was impeccable.
The Front Desk staff, especially Filbo, made our arrival smooth and welcoming. We received a room upgrade for both families and were greeted in a fantastic manner. After a long journey, especially with tired kids, it was a relief to have everything ready for us. Filbo extended a warm welcome on behalf of the hotel and made sure we had everything we needed, including special treats for the children.
Since the weather wasn't great, we decided to visit Chimelong Ocean Kingdom to wrap up our trip. The hotel informed us about their shuttle service to Chimelong, which was great. They even extended our check-out time so we could get the kids cleaned up and ready for our journey home.
Overall, our stay was spectacular! Every detail was thought out for families, ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of the kids. I would return to this hotel every time I visit Zhuhai and highly recommend it, especially for families traveling together!

The room was impeccably clean, every corner was spotless, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, it was super comfortable to lie on it, and I had a good night's sleep. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, and the overall environment was quiet and pleasant, making people relax completely. SSahdeeThis was our first trip to Chimelong Zhuhai, and we booked a three-day, two-night package through Trip.com. The package included hotel accommodation, breakfast buffet, dinner buffet for one night, unlimited access to Ocean Kingdom and the spaceship, as well as tickets to the international circus. We had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed every show, each offering a unique experience.
Last year, we visited Thailand and had to explore multiple locations for similar entertainment, so we were pleasantly surprised to find everything in one place at Chimelong. The shows included killer whale performances, beluga whale displays, adorable animal shows, and mesmerizing mermaid dances, among many others. Watching the international circus for the first time was mind-boggling!
As an Indian family, we found the food options somewhat limited, but we made the best of it. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a great variety, though they were not tailored to Indian tastes.
We also enjoyed the Kaka Theatre show on the last day of our stay, a mini kids’ circus that provided a unique experience, especially if you miss the international circus. As per the hotel room- The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, although they felt a bit dated, with some paint peeling and minor cleanliness issues. If these aspects were improved, I believe the hotel could easily provide a five-star experience.
A special mention goes to Jialin, the receptionist who spoke English and was incredibly helpful. In Zhuhai, it was challenging to find English speakers, and we often relied on Google Translate for communication. Jialin went above and beyond by decorating our room for my daughter’s birthday, giving her thoughtful gifts, and presenting a small cake. These little surprises added to our memorable stay. Also she gave a room where we could view the 8pm firework and drone show.
Thank you to all the staffs of Chimelong and everyone involved in the circus and shows. We appreciate your efforts and may visit again in the future!

GGarryThe hotel is located along a busy road and isn't far from the Zhuhai Railway Station, so calling a Didi taxi is pretty convenient with low wait times. The staff were helpful as well and helped me open my room door when I had troubles with turning the door handle. One of the tables wasn't properly wiped down when I checked in and it looked like there was a gap in the washroom ceiling due to it not being long enough to connect to the adjacent wall, but aside from that everything about the room was satisfactory for the price that I paid.

JJLLWongLocation is extremely convenient for travelling within Zhuhai, nearby Macau and Hong Kong. Gongbei port is just 10 minutes walk. A shopping mall is directly under this hotel. Hotel front desk and concierge are helpful. Conceirge even showed me the short cut leading to the Gongbei port. A lot of local guests within this hotel.
Quite a few restaurants in this hotel. I tried their hotpot restaurant, beef was fresh, food was tasty and service staff was very attentive. There are plenty of eating places around as well. Facility is old surrounded by very old buildings and streets. Easy to get taxi to move around to places of interests e.g. 日月贝，圆明新园，板樟山 etc.
Small swimming pool and gym. Not crowded at all.
Water supply from the room was not so good and inconsistent temperature. Thus a little troublesome when showering. I find the most uncomfortable part was the bed. I think the mattress was not in good condition. It was noisy whenever I sat or turned and changed my laying down position. I did not sleep well. Feedback to hotel front desk when I checked out. Hope they address the problem avoid impacting the next guest(s).
