First time in these apartments and was a little dubious due to some negative comments but what can I say … from check in to check out everything was perfect, rooms lovely and clean staff all friendly, plenty of sun beds found the drinks at the pool bar where not good value for money so used the bar just outside of the hotel which was brilliant., in a ideal location for all bars and restaurants will definitely be back

Beautiful modern spacious apartment with two large balconies, one of the balcony even had a fold out cloth horse .close to the stripe and all restaurants and bars . Lovely pool ware with lots of sun beds both a kids and adults pool . Shop on site

Currently here at the moment was a bit wary about here because of some reviews.We are in room 247 totally modernised spacious and clean looks out onto pool area ,front door is on a gardened area .Situated on the ***** of bars restaurants and everything you need beach across the road.First night no noise at all even though bars were still open very much recommend these apartments and would definately be coming again.One moan on the reviews was no washing up liquid there is a whole lot of shops around the corner buy some lol .

Very clean but basic apartment, with no washing up liquid or dishcloth. The cleaning lady came every other day to change beds and leave clean towels. There are not enough sunbeds to the ratio of guests, but it was quite hazardous walking around the pool anyway as it was so slippy. We were very happy to go to the beach. We had no water for 24hrs people were collecting water in bin buckets from the pools to flush loos!!! We absolutely love Lanzerote but wouldn't go back to labranda.

Arrived in the evening. Receptionist was very nice checked us in. Gave us a map to find the apartment would have been easier for her to come with us to show us where it was not that it was difficult but would have been quicker. There was water in the fridge for us which was nice. Apartment was clean. One bedroom with bed settee which was very easy to pull out and pop back when needed. There were 3 of us. Plenty of room in the wardrobe for us all. Good size bathroom. Kitchen had all the basics you need. No aircon unit in the bedroom only the lounge area. Had a balcony which looked on to the garden. The balcony is not over looked by your neighbours which was nice. Garden is lovely well maintained. Never sat at the pool it was always busy quite tightly packed with sun beds. The staff are lovely and ready to help if needed. Cleaners do a grand job. Only used the pool bar once for a drink so can’t comment on the food. Would recommend these apartments.

Firstly thanks to Ana on reception who sorted a room in the area that we hoped to be. Very welcoming as where all reception staff. First time staying since the refurbs, what an improvement rooms were superb, we were allocated a room overlooking the garden area, lovely and peaceful.. We had a minor problem in the bathroom and maintenance came immediately and sorted it. Had to be careful in the shower, very slippy and first time we used it the floor flooded, glass screen wasn’t long enough for using shower on full power, no problem though we just adjusted the flow of water. Our only disappointment was the poor Wi-Fi in the room, but we managed. The whole complex is lovely, well tended gardens and spotless throughout. The location is superb, lovely new snack bar just outside the entrance, staff there were lovely.

Our first time here. Lovely huge 1 bed apartment. Loads of storage. Windows / sliding door to balcony at both ends of apartment so you get a fabulous breeze though. Massive tall fridge freezer. Microwave, hob, air con. Balcony over pool. My only grumble I guess, was, it wasn't thoroughly clean, the shower needs a good scrub i e. bleach/black mould. kitchen cupboard doors still had greasey finger marks. Shower fine though with plenty of hot water and they provide shower gel too. Sand and dirt from previous guests not cleaned from floors and collected into corners. The cleaning is done every 2 days which wasn't perfect either. The floors weren't swept nor washed, beds weren't made, they just threw the top sheet over. I've attached a pic of the stained lampshade which was pretty grim. All in all though we're not in apartment much and you get what you pay for. It's OK though and the best thing is it's on the flat, no hills and right on the *****. Come out, turn right and La Cana is the best little tapas you'll find.

The complex itself is bright and the staff are very polite and welcoming. The view from the balcony is amazing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay when in Lanzarote I will be visiting again next year with my family.

I went 24th April to 4th May excellent Apartments um solo traveller and disabled to some degree. I asked for ground floor which on arrival I got it was 141 which has a shower so you can wheel a wheel chair into I personally don't need that just a normal shower but ground floor still. The place was spotlessly clean the staff are so very friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble for them. I am hoping to book again for end of September begining October just a bit reluctant with what's happening with the Liquidation that is going on...JET2 have said its not affecting the Apartments and is safe to book I would like confirmation of Luis the Manager if possible. Once I know it's OK I will book I'm looking forward to returning Best Regards Margaret Luff
