My low ratings in two categories were only due to the massive renovation on the first floor. I’m sure things will look great when completed but the fumes were a bit much. I requested a second room floor and was given with no problem.
Breakfast was much better with the serving of hot food. Last time I was there no hot meals were available.

This is a wonderful, high quality hotels. The only things I would make an adjustment to is:
Draperies need to close all the way to allow the room to be dark, they didn’t.
Tub was slippery to step into.
Apple & cranberry juices were watered down way too much.

There was food remaining in the frig from the previous guest. Although it claimed to be a 100 % non smoking facility the halls smelled of cigarette smoke. The staff that services the breakfast area didn’t speak English so when we asked for sugar we got a blank stare and when we asked for syrup for the waffles she offered us the cooking spray for the waffle machine.

The room was dirty. There were spots in the shower, and on the wall that made me think I had not been washed. There was a dirty rag on top of the mini fridge. The blinds did not close window which allowed light to shining on our faces all night from the parking lot.

Quality Inn is usually always great the room was clean but the blankets on the bed have burnt marks on it like cigarette Burns I don't smoke is really uncomfortable waking up in the middle of the night with scratchy holes touching my skin other than that the people are very friendly
