AI Summary
The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with commendable beds and pillows. Convenient location between Glasgow and Edinburgh, near major attractions and with easy access to transportation and ample parking.
Clean, basic room with comfy beds. They set up a pack n play for our toddler which was great. There was no wifi unfortunately (only in the lobby) or else we would have stayed longer. No mini-fridge either. Great for a short-term stay overall. No complaints other than no wifi.

Clean, comfortable and basic room. Shame about the reception staff... no welcome on arrival not even hello, just an ask to wait for computer to come on. Curtain rail and curtain on my room came down when I closed them... went to reception to ask for help fixing. Very cold and uncaring response again with ask to wait for colleague to come in and then no show. Ended up balancing curtain on fixing myself. Shame. Bizzare set up with meals too. Didn't even try... went to garden centre next door instead. Wouldn't stay again.

Travelled for a few days in Scotland. Room was ok if a bit tired. All went downhill when we went for some food in the adjacent pub. Menu was limited to about 6 meals, none that we liked so got a taxi into Falkirk to eat. Second day we ate out on the way back to the hotel and went to the pub for a few drinks. Limited draught beers/lagers on offer. Card only payment. Watched people getting turned away as staff said there was only one chef on and couldn’t cope with too many customers!! Dreadful customer service as some guests had paid for a meal deal. Breakfast was OK so beware if you’re thinking of booking this hole and plan on using the pub next door

The room is fine just big standard premier inn room, nothing special and does the job. However the food … I been here numerous times food was always nice and always enjoyed the meal deal and the thought of a steak. Last time visited kitchen was closed with out warning and again on this trip on the Sunday. Went for meal after work was 10mins before being greeted , then was a mess as apparently I didn’t have a meal deal. Finally sat down and was that cold I had to sit with a coat on. I don’t know what has happened to the menu but limited choices and I have microwave meal that have tasted better. Prober gone down hill.

Terrible paid for the meal deal then told I hadn't booked a time so sat at the end of the bar for 2 hours and I was told it was going to be 30 minutes god knows about the breakfast all premier inns seem to be the same now awful food and staff I've got to reconsider my hotel choices

Right after landing in Scotland, it was a pleasure to stay at Premier Inn East Falkirk. Nice dinner served by a friendly staff member who advised us on good places to visit. And, of course, a great breakfast. A good start with (well-anticipated) mingling with the Scots.
