Worst service ever had to wait 45 mins all three days for black tea Rooms are not very clean and staff attitude is really bad Managers don’t care GM is not available Would seriously recommend somewhere else this hotel standard is well below low

Ayodhya Yatra with 24 people from Leicester UK. Two weeks travelling going smoothly. Our stay at Park Inn, Radisson, Ayodhya was excellent. Lovely welcome at the reception with Lord Rama's scarfs. Smooth and efficient check in. Good, clean and comfortable rooms. Rashmikant Joshi Hari Bol

*2/5 stars* Onbehalf of our Client - Mr Arun Mittal & Family - Confirmation No is 70831] Very Disappointing experience with Park Inn by Radisson Ayodhya. Our client, Mr. Arun Mittal and family, stayed here from 18th to 20th March 2025. While the hotel upgraded one of their rooms during check-in, they surprisingly asked for extra charges for the upgraded room during checkout. As a B2B travel partner [JENISHAA HOLIDAYS,MUMBAI], we expect better service and communication from hotels. Hope they take necessary steps to improve.

Comfortable stay with Great staff and great food. We had breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The buffet dinner was very tasty with lots of variety and was hot. The Chef is an asset for the name of Hotel. The Check-in team was courteous. Just one point. Don't know why still lots of (hardcopies) papers are being used in these paperless world. Will stay again

The property is good, all staff members from house keeping staff to kitchen team ( chef and staff) are very supportive. Breakfast food was great, helped with food customisation request as well . Cabs are available for mandir and local sightseeing at the property. Only one thing we struggled was early checkin, reception desk people were not very welcoming and we have to make multiple requests to make it happen.
