Very courteous staff and adequate sized room and toilet but amenities in the toilet need improvements. First afloat is too high and there is neither elevator nor hand rail on the winding staircase to the First floor. Most inconvenient for seniors and aged persons

The rooms were not clean, the bathrooms were not clean. Bed sheets were torn. The corridor looked so impressive but the rooms upkeep was a disappointment. The staff was polite and responsive.

Awful hotel not a 4star rather 2star. Bathroom smells and when using shower you can slip it's like a wet room. Cupboard broken and no ventilation in the bathroom and room. Dark dingy room, limited lighting. No lifts. Food is good and morning tea was excellent. We went in January place was cold and not warming. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless your happy with 2star hotel.

The photos i was shown and the live experience are totally opposite , I request to do not recommend this hotel , fan controller not working , wrost maintenance , toilet flush is not proper , toilet fixatition are not proper , no where the standards are reaching 4star , only the price wise it’s reaching 4star rated , i won’t recommend the stay here

If you are visiting the Ramjanmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya, then this is the only decent hotel option. Other stay options are lodges and homestays (am not sure about the quality of these places as we did not check them out). This hotel is around 5-6 km from the temple and hence you'll need to arrange transport to get to the temple. You can request the hotel staff to get you an auto. The room was very good, clean and well maintained. The food is also good. Please note that there are no good restaurant options near the temple, hence its advisable to have all your meals at the hotel. The staff is very helpful and we have one of the smoothest check-in and check-out experiences of our life here. The only drawback is that this hotel is a preferred destination for local weddings and hence the place can get a bit noisy when a wedding/ function is going on.
