I stayed at the hotel for one night on 28th to 29th of August with my 2 daughters while visiting Cardiff. There is no car parking on site as stated per their description which was very inconvenient for me. They use NCP car park 5 mins away, yes there is a discount for guests but no they don't have parking as it's not on the property. My car was robbed in the car parking, and the case was reported to both police and NCP, so I don't recommend you using this car parking. The room seemed clean, the staff was very friendly and nice but there was no rubbish bag in the only one little bin in the bathroom in the family room and the shower gel by the shower was filled with water unlike the one next to the sink which was the same thing but filled with actual soap. The location is okay but not the best as it didn't seem safe to me. Personally I wouldn't stay there again because of the parking inconvenience.

Parking is not on site. Otherwise, the room was clean and the staff were very helpful.
