Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Fairview Heights

Entire stay from registration to food staff, maintenance and management were exceptional. They are friendly and attentive!

I have stayed at the Fairview Heights Drury three times and each time I was made to feel special by every staff member. Comfortable rooms and great amenities.

We REALLY REALLY Enjoyed This Hotel & Closeness To Everything I Went To Ulta , Ross 6mins, We Went To The Movies 11mins Away.. Restaurant Was Across The Street.. The Staff 20/10 Very Knowledgeable Of Different Programs Kick Back & Drink Cards Breakfast Hours.. 20/10

The staff is so friendly and professional. The beakfast and kickback are excellent!! Free food, drinks and cocktails...who could ask for anything more

Stayed here for one night driving home from picking up our daughter from college. We've stayed in other Drury hotels before and expected a similar positive experience. Front desk clerk was friendly and efficient as all Drury employees seem to be. The hotel was full due to a race in the area that weekend so we were unable to get a room on a higher floor which was fine as our first floor room was far away from the lobby and pool so noise was not an issue. The disappointment started when we got to our room. We walked into our suite to find a vacuum in the middle of the living area still plugged in, and a pile of trash bags on the desk. Husband rolled up the cord and walked the vacuum back to the front desk. We later realized we had no bath mat for the shower and no linens for the sofa bed. Two more trips to the front desk for those. As we were trying to get settled, we realized that the bedroom had not been vacuumed as there were two large pieces of hard black plastic on the floor from who knows what, along with plastic strips from price tags, sequins, etc. Although we didn't arrive until 7:30pm, it was clear that our room had not been fully prepared for us to check in. After driving over 15 hours that day, it was an experience we were not happy about. We left early the next morning and did not get to try breakfast (or dinner the night before due to our arrival time) so we cannot comment on the food/dining area or the pool. Although we drive this route twice a year, this hotel is a one and done. After a long drive, we want the Drury experience we are accustomed to and unfortunately this was not it.

Driving across the USA we needed a place to stop and decided to stop here for one night. The hotel is old - at least it seems so from the design of its floor plan. However, it is clean and functional. Rommero (?) the receptionist, was fantastic and all of the staff were positive, helpful, and easy to find. The meal was great. We stayed on a Tuesday, and it was Taco Tuesday - you could make either tacos, a taco salad, or nachos along with Drury's traditional options (hot dogs, etc.). The exercise room was clean and functional. Our beds were comfortably firm and the bathroom was clean and the showerhead worked fine (no option for switching the nozzle though). Breakfast the next morning was the Drury traditional fare and was tasty and filling. The biscuits were particularly good - baked to perfection. We like staying at Drury hotels and this stay upheld their tradition of customer orientation and service.
