One of there housekeepers walked into my room unannounced! She didn’t knock nor did she ask if anyone was in the room once she entered. The hotel doesn’t seem too worried about it and I don’t appreciate that. That was a complete invasion of my privacy and is absolutely unacceptable!

First they didn’t have us in the system for our reservation, then our room was dirty, one of the lights didn’t work, then we found bed bugs, one of us was bit thankfully it wasn’t our infant. After this incident the manager told us we couldn’t get a refund because we had already been there for a night and that she’d get us a “better/clean” room, when we showed up to get the new room it was even more dirty the tub had broken missing jets, the blinds didn’t work and the couch was filled with chips and crumbs, after the manager told us this was the best room in the hotel one of the other people who worked there told us that room should never have been reserved to anyone and then gave us yet another room. This one surprisingly was clean but the bathroom door got stuck and was hard to open and there was rust all over the shower.

Proprty was dirty, not just because they were short stagf that day, but dirt that was built ip over time. Dirty towels laying in halls dirt on gloors, etc I do have to say the desk clerk was very friendly !

Was charged full price even tho was told we’d get discount for checking in after 10pm there was no discount. Was hassled about paying cash told it was super inconvenient. Elevators had so much cleaning product on floor it made us sick had to use stairs. Booked two rooms that were supposed to be connected and were given two rooms on separate floors. Coffee maker didn’t work in either room. Overall experience was eh ok but for what we paid very disappointing

Pleasant stay at The Radisson Fairview Heights The check in was smooth and the MOD super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is permanently closed....wish I knew that in advance. The ice machine on the 4th floor was broken, but was getting fixed as I checked out. The room was great the king bed was comfortable and the area with the couch was also great. The breakfast was surprisingly hot especially the eggs and sausage links. Try the pastries...as fresh as could be. The OJ was tasty juxtaposed with the apple juice In the decanter was not so good. Overall a very pleasant 2 night stay early in the week.
