Radisson Hotel Fairview Heights - St Louis

This was a good experience for us. The lobby area is small but clean. The front desk always had someone there during my stay. The room was clean and no real issues with it. The tv worked and so did the fridge and AC. The one big complaint I will share is the bath towels. The bath towels are basically larger hand towels. They are not soft, not thick, and small for a bath towel. It’s actually not very comfortable to rub on your body to dry off they are so old, thin, and small. They really need all new bath towels.

Absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable. The staff was beyond friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The hotel’s cozy ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. Can’t wait to return—highly recommend to anyone visiting

Room was clean; Staff was pleasant; A/C worked good; Bed was fine. We were actually very surprised at how quiet it was, knowing there were other Cardinal fans right next door. Yes, it's a good choice when you're in the area for St. Louis baseball. It's right next to the convenience store with the best gas prices we found around there. And it's just a walk across your own parking lot to the Lotawata Grill. That makes you appreciate having a refrigerator and microwave back in your room, too. On the reality check side of things ... I will take my own pillow if we stay there again. The four they provided would not have been enough for one, much less two people. I guess they're down pillows, and that's what they did -- went DOWN flat, almost as thin as a deflated balloon when you put your head down. And, that was undoubtedly the smallest tub/shower enclosure I've ever used, but it was adequate and clean. If you're much over 6', it might be an issue for you, though. Overall, we would stay here again. Other things that held back a 5-star were slow internet and no elevator to the second floor. For this trip, neither of those things was a deal-breaker, though.

Worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. So happy that we were just needing a place to sleep before continuing our trip. The reception desk personnel were never there, had to ring the bell and wait every time we stopped by, and that was often due to the room situation. There was no soap at the bathroom sink, there were two small bottles of hair conditioner there. The dispensers in the shower were all empty, no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Luckily we had our own shampoo and conditioner and when we went to the front desk to request soap, she looked and looked and finally came up with a full sized bar of Dial soap which was fine. The room wasn’t very clean, hairs in the tub and tissue on the bathroom floor. Also the breakfast buffet was open until 10:00, but at 9:20 am, the powdered eggs were all gone and the serving dishes were cold. They were decent waffles, but when I asked for butter, the reply was, “We don’t have none.” The price point was low , so I guess we got what we paid for, not much….Hilton management should look into this property.
