We used this hotel for one night on our way from Lucerne to Italy. Very dated interior and lacks staff. We had to eat at another restaurant in town, as there were no evening meals offered here that evening. Self service buffet breakfast Found a free car park at the rear of the bank for overnight parking. Room was dated and basic. With an interior refurbishment, this hotel would be very nice.

Wir haben für eine Nacht eine Doppelzimmer mit eigenes Bad gebucht, gleich nach dem Check in sind wir aus gegangen, zurück in Zimmer sind wir so gegen 22.30 auf dem Boden waren eine ganze Menge Ameisen und auf dem Bett Läuse, wir haben sofort dass Zimmer verlassen und mit eine kleine Info "Brief " die Schlüssel am Empfang hinterlegt am nächste Tag habe ich eine Mail geschrieben! Bis jetzt keine Antwort bekommen.. NIE WIEDER!

Die Zimmer sind sehr abgenutzt und schlecht eingerichtet. Es stank sehr nach Javel so dass man Kopfschmerzen bekommen hat. Frühstück soweit OK. Preis-, Leistung katastrophe. Für ein 2 Sterne Hotel sind die Preise völlig überrissen. Würde diese Absteige nie mehr buchen.

Wir hatten für eine Nacht das große Eckzimmer als Familienzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war ziemlich groß, hell und freundlich, das Bad dafür eher klein. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind ein Stück entfernt, aber zum Be- und Entladen kann man problemlos ans Haus fahren. Trotz zentraler Lage und einer gut besuchten Bar im Erdgeschoss sehr ruhig. Freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service, tolles Frühstück. Das Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant war dagegen eher durchschnittlich. Faido selbst ist ein schöner kleiner Ort mit spektakulärem Wasserfall und einigen netten Läden.

Chambre et WC propres. Pas d'essuie-mains dans les WC. Organisation médiocre. J'ai passé un 1er appel vers 21h30, mais la personne ne parlait qu'Italien et très peu anglais. Je voulais annoncer que j'étais sorti sans la clé. En désespoir de cause, j'ai aussi envoyé un mail avec la mention "Urgent à 21h50. C'est seulement au bout du 5e appel qu'une une personne parlant français m'a répondu de manière convenable. J'ai vu la fille qui m'a répondu de manière désagréable en rentrant. Je lui ai dit, en anglais, qu'elle devrait apprendre à répondre au téléphone. Elle m'a dit qu'elle était seule et devait s'occuper de la salle, donc qu'elle ne pouvait pas répondre au téléphone de l'hôtel.

Sabato 9.07.22 ore 21.43, ci siamo fermati per bere una birra, una giovane ci ha detto che stavano chiudendo; ma sulla terrazza esterna vi erano non meno di 15 persone, all'interno tre giovani francesi stavano ordinando delle birre, e noi ci hanno praticamente messi alla porta. Poi si lamentano che i clienti mancano.

Een goed verzorgd en zeer schoon hotel. Personeel uitermate behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Er word Engels, Duits en Italiaans gesproken. Wij zijn in dit hotel terecht gekomen nadat wij autopech hebben gekregen. Wij hebben hier twee nachten overnacht. Ontbijt, lunch & diner zijn goed. Het is geen modern hotel maar voldoet aan alles wat belangrijk is.
