Solea Boutique & Spa Hotel

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The highlight being the 5 course dinner every evening made even better by phenomenal staff that were so friendly and welcoming. The spa was lovely, the outdoor pool being my personal highlight. I would 100% recommend staying here I just couldn’t fault it.

Where do I start with this wonderful place? Firstly, I will say that I highly recommend Solea Spa and Hotel! Other than that, let's start with the food!! Exquisite dishes, fantastic variety and the quality of ingredients made every single meal into a delight. When I say "every single meal", I mean from breakfast, to lunch, to afternoon snacks, to dinner, and sometimes after dinner! There is plenty on offer... and it's all amazing! Waiting staff are always on hand to give you anything you need. Then, there is the accommodation and shared areas to talk about. The rooms have a lovely style, our room had a jacuzzi and a sauna and everything was clean and perfect. Everything you may need is in the room, but why stay in the room when you have the beautiful shared areas and surroundings of the mountains! Beautiful views from the terrace/balcony, we arrived in summertime and the gardens were immaculate, with nicely spaced out sun loungers, which made it feel private. The spa and pool has a wide variety, and is perfectly clean all of the time, with enough treatments to mean that something is always available. We did enjoy a massage too, and it was very lovely. So, all in all, Solea Spa is amazing.... There is only one thing that is better than all of these great facilities and food, and that is the staff!!! Every single person was so kind and helpful, adjusting things if we wanted some changes, or going above and beyond if we needed help... We got to know quite a few of the members of staff and felt that they really wanted us to have a good time. Without the staff, this would be an empty (albeit very stylish) building, and it is all of the team members who made our stay enjoyable and memorable. We will definitely come back to Solea and Fai della Paganella!!

We had our honeymoon here and it was just the most gorgeous experience. Everything is thought through and the quiet attention to detail is perfect. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The staff are wonderful and could not be more helpful. The hotel was very clean and beautifully designed. However, the real delight was the food and wines available, not to mention the evening cocktails! The four course dinners each evening were varied and a real treat to look forward to. We also had a great time in the spa and I recommend the Vitality massage (of which I had two!) as they were wonderful. This is a very special place and I highly recommend a visit. We will be back. Thank you for making our time so special.

We had a wonderful relaxing weekend at Solea. The facilities and staff were excellent as were the food and drink that was available throughout the day. We would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely return at some point

We have just checked out after 5 blissful nights at Hotel Solea. It is just incredible. From the moment you check in to the moment you leave, every single member of staff greets you like an old friend and cannot do enough to ensure a comfortable stay. Room We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were delighted that we were upgraded to a deluxe panoramic room. It was huge, with a gorgeous terrace with views of the mountains. The bathroom had a spa tub and a separate shower. Lovely full size hotel branded toiletries - which smelt amazing. Pack conditioner as this wasn’t supplied. You are left a beach bag, flip flops, spa towels and robes for the wellness centre. This was such a thoughtful touch. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the black out drapes mean a perfect night sleep. We didn’t watch TV much but it was possible to convert some of the channels to English. There is a safe and mini fridge in every room and they supply bottle and mountain water daily. Housekeeping is excellent - so efficient and thorough. We asked for an iron, but the hotel do not have them but laundry service is available. Worth packing a travel one. Spa This is one of the highlights of the hotel. Set in a gorgeous garden, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. There are various saunas, infrared, steam and ice fountain. The relaxation room, complete with swinging chairs and water beds is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Water and herbal tea is available. I enjoyed a 75 min facial with Radio Frequency - one of the best treatments I have ever had. The treatment menu is extensive - lots of options for courses over a few days. I will definitely do this next time. Saunas are traditionally European so prepare to go towel only! The outdoor cabin sauna has a small changing space. Pool The pool is heated to a lovely temperature and you can swim through a glass door into the indoor pool. We always found loungers with ease. Staff bring sorbet in the afternoon, such a lovely touch. Jacuzzi options inside and out. Gym The area is all about hiking so my advice would be to get outdoors! There is a small gym with treadmill, bike, cross trainer, weights machines and mats. The view from the treadmill is stunning. Food Where to start! It is perfection! Breakfast is a generous buffet and a La carte options (eggs, pancakes, crepes, omelettes are made fresh). Lunch is buffet and can be taken outside (they welcome guests to wear spa robes at lunchtime). Having a lunchtime spritz on the terrace was a highlight for us. Dinner is 4 course a la carte with a daily special menu that changes. Every single dish we ordered was exceptional. There is a wine buffet every evening, with local selections of red, white and sparkling wine. We loved every meal here. The waiting staff are incredibly attentive and friendly.
