This place is awful If you by any chance booked it by mistake, you will never get refund The management is terrible and they just care about taking your money

Horrible à fuire absolument !! Arrivé à l'hôtel après une réservation confirmée depuis des mois , notre chambre n'est pas disponible . On nous a donné une chambre qui ne correspondait pas du tout à la réservation faite mais c'est tout ce qui leur restait étant donné qu'ils avaient loué celle que nous avions réservé. On se retrouve dans une chambre avec mon deux enfants où il faisait 50 degrés. Pas de clim , pas ventilateur, pas d'eau chaude à la douche , fenêtres des douches et des chambres à coucher qui donne sur le couloir !! Je n'ai jamais vu cela ! Au final nous avons dû râlé et la personne de l'accueil après 30 min à finalement trouvé une chambre qui correspondait à peu près à notre réservation ( sauf la clim) ils ont fait levé les femmes de ménage à 1h du matin pour nettoyer la chambre .... Odeur nauséabonde sur l'hôtel . Pire expérience de ma vie dans un établissement .
