We had bedbugs when we went to bed. We took photos and videos. There was a lot. The hotel staff moved us to another room (beautiful suite) but unfortunately we barely slept being too worried.

Excellent service and amenities. Received a very wide room with sea view which is awesome. Nothing can replace waking up and drinking my morning coffee looking at the wide beach below The food is great with a wide selection including vegan options (I'm vegan) and the staff is making all efforts to make our stay as pleasant as possible. OH...and we were able to take advantage of the brand new SPA which was opened a week ago. With very pleasant rooms and staff. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed staying in Leonardo Plaza Hotel Haifa. We celebrated birthday and we liked the surprises the crew prepared for us in the room and the congratulations letter. The team was very welcoming, the hotel was recently renovated and all the areas looked clean and tidy. The room with the wide bed, the fluffy pillows and the coffee machine were marvellous. Breakfast and dinner were good and tasty. The pool wasn't big, but was clean and the lifeguard kept the kids with the food away from the pool and made sure everything was okay. It was our second time in the hotel and there is a good chance we'll visit again.

This is my second stay in two years at the Haifa Leonardo Hotel and no wonder I keep coming back, this hotel excels on service & location. This hotel is in a perfect location right on the beautiful Haifa beach and next to the boardwalk and about a mile from the central Haifa Bus station & Train station that will allow you get quickly to anywhere in Israel. My room was nice & clean and had beautiful ocean views and the coffee from the Nespresso machine was a great way to start my day. The service at the hotel was wonderful, whenever I had a question or needed anything the front desk was always fast to help and Miri Capon from the hotel Public relation always did her best to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I will definitely be back.

I had wonderful dinner at the hotel, the food was excellent, the atmosphere cozy, and Miri’s service was outstanding. Her warmth and attention to detail made the experience truly special. Highly recommend for couples, families or solo

In such a difficult time for Israel I would like to say that to visit Leonardo Haifa hotel feels so safe and warm place as always. Miri who treats and supports me perfectly is the best as always her professionalism, patience and mother like care make me feel safe. Thank you so much for great welcome to my favorite Miri . Very good, outstandingly helpful staff, from Miri Capon the Guest Relations Manager, via the people in the lobby, restaurant and pool, one can see that whatever the picy is, it trickles down to every corner. Even the maintenance, guys, Jibson from the Phillipines, Hussam from Jordan, and the rest, all amazing and pleasant, helpful people. The breakfast is superb, Guy the life saver in the pool friendly and professional, everywhere we turn, even for a complain, we are welcome with a smile. Super! The rooms are excellent, the view and 50 far beach gorgeous, parking excellent and very reasonable orice pkus free parking as well, perfect stay!!!! Way to go!! Bravo
