我是一個很隨意的人，其實這個差評我原本沒打算評的。住這個酒店幾天了，剛開始的時候問阿姨洗衣房有沒有洗衣液，阿姨説有，在洗衣機旁邊那個角放着，我去看了沒有，剛好碰到阿姨又問她，阿姨説其實你可以用沐浴露或房間的香皂洗衣服的，請問下你們，瓶蓋大小的這種香皂怎麼洗衣服，最後阿姨説我們這裏衹有洗衣粉，説完就急急忙忙的表示自己要下班了，也沒去幫忙拿洗衣粉的意思，其實這衹是個小事吧，我想説，你們酒店既然配備了洗衣機，需要的物品不能配齊嗎？實在沒有你直接説沒有就完了，我完全可以自己購買，我住這裏幾天了也不在乎花這個小錢，我衹想問為什麼忽悠着客人找幾遍。剛開始也想着衹是個小事情算了，沒過多計較。今天大概十點四十多就有阿姨過來敲門把我吵醒了，阿姨説你房間不是退了嗎？把我整懵了，後來我打電話前台問怎麼回事，前台衹是説系統出問題了，不好意思，我想問：難道你們不把房間結算出來，系統自動會跳成臟房嗎？承認錯誤和問題有這麼難嗎？人沒睡好真的很煩躁。還有一些衞生問題我就不説了，希望酒店對你們的員工多加培訓！

第一天給安排的大床房，在高樓層可以看到江景，但是房間靠近電梯間，夜間噪音很大。第二天和第三天就換到了六樓的標間，本來預訂的也是標間，畢竟帶孩子一起，兩個人睡一張床有些不便（當時説標間對面都是棋牌室會很吵才換去高樓層大床房）。總體感覺標間更加寬敞些，高考期間也沒人打牌。酒店每天為考生送上一盤水果，還算很貼心！

這是我住過服務最好的維也納了，本來我很少點評酒店的，但是我覺得我有必要給這個維也納一個好評，因為訂單下錯了時間我也不知道怎麼操作，跟前台的小姐姐説了一下説可以讓我提前入住，房卡忘在了朋友車裡前台讓客房大姐幫忙開門了以後又給我送了一張上來，服務真的非常非常好，有問必答，而且很有禮貌，真的值得好評[強][強]
