先來説三個優點：一是裝修的比較有檔次，無論是大廳，還是房間，看起來都很不錯；二是衞生也乾淨，三是床睡得非常舒適。再來説三個缺點：一是房間沒有桌子，放東西不是很方便；二是燈光設計比較奇葩，沒有單獨的開關，要麼全部關，要麼全部亮，晚上上衞生間很不方便；三是隔音不好，總是聽到隔壁的水管放水的聲音。

跟你們講個笑話，這個酒店就衹是外表看起來是那麼回事，房內細節一塌糊塗。昨天入住後，在樓下水果店買了點水果，回到房間裏洗桃子，那個洗手池的龍頭就自己直接斷了（圖1），內置水管的水噴了幾米遠…把我全身衣服和煙、車鑰匙全都濕透了（圖2/3）把我全身噴濕了之後，下意識的往旁邊逃跑，由於地面被噴的全是水，地板超級滑整個人側着身子摔倒在地…臀部側面摔腫了還流血了（圖4/5）我真是無言以對…住酒店很多很少寫差評，但這次真的忍不了。雖然很煩但沒有跟前台去發脾氣臟字都沒有説一句，因為也不關她們的事情。就衹是喊人來把水龍頭修好了。完事實事求是的把經過寫出來讓大家看看另外這事兒跟前台及服務人員都沒關係她們都挺好的。不吹不黑前台服務人員態度點贊

已經入住很多次了，酒店環境好，設施齊全，衞生做的很好，服務好的沒話説，前台工作態度好，熱情效率高，基本有求必應，主要是房價實惠，住的很滿意，床上用品還有毛巾浴巾都很親膚，每次來鄂州都會住這個酒店，挺有格調的，和別的酒店裝修風格都不一樣，不輸五星級酒店
