1、前台那個上晚班的戴眼鏡的女服務員（****，****，沒看她的工牌叫什麼名字）業務水平太差了，給這酒店丟臉吧？完全不懂得怎麼和客人溝通，情商感人，話那麼多，房間安排的很不合理
2、隔音很差，無論是左右還是上下，都沒有隔音。酒店周邊環境很嘈雜，樓下就是KTV，你要睡覺休息，人家唱歌唱的很嗨，聽的非常清楚，唱哪首歌、帶着哪個地方口音唱的、哪一句唱的走調了，都能聽出來。隔壁也是毫無隔音，隔壁的人講話、玩手機的聲音都聽的很清楚
3、房間內部設施還行，簡潔的商務風格，沒什麼裝飾，那一套茶具很漂亮，可惜我舟車勞頓很疲勞，也沒心情去泡茶使用了。整體還算乾淨吧
4、優點是上夜班那個女孩子（穿個長款的黑色大衣，可能是夜間温度低比較冷吧）她的服務跟好，前台背後有台咖啡機，早晨6點多的時候她還沒下班，她看我因為隔音差沒睡好很困的樣子，就主動磨了2杯咖啡給我，早餐廳也借了我杯牛奶，摻起來倉促弄成拿鐵，沒那麼苦
