Overall good, but the room is too dark. The shower head in the bathroom was blocked, it was difficult to drain the water, and there were no slippers for showering. The breakfast is average, but the beef noodle tastes very good.

酒店很漂亮，裝修非常不錯，觀景體驗很好，房間乾淨又高級，燈光和窗簾都是智能的，各種設施很齊全，大電視也可以投屏。
周邊有很多商場，外賣有機器人配送特別方便（就是不知道為什麼有一個外賣小哥居然能上來敲門，明明電梯是刷卡的，感覺有點不好）。
早餐很不錯，品種多樣，還有大廚現場做餛飩和牛肉麪之類的美食～
唯一一點不太滿意的就是行政級別的房間除了樓層高一點，感覺和普通房間差別不大，浴缸也沒有，感覺多花的錢不是很值得～不過總體來説還是滿意的，晚上睡覺非常安靜舒適。

整體來説還是蠻不錯的，酒店不大但是比較新，各項生活必備設施齊全，離吾悦廣場、觀音閣也不遠，早餐味道不錯。就是停車場入口沒有醒目提示。

酒店前台工作人員熱情大方，會主動問好，服務很周到，房間衞生乾淨，安靜有大窗户，廁所乾濕分離，酒店也有停車場，洗衣房和健身房，附近有商場購物，挺方便的，整體體驗還是非常不錯的。

停車很方便，門口的服務人員也非常熱情，幫助拿行李🧳。入住期間因為市電力原因導致停電兩次，酒店的工作人員還是很關注客人的安全，及時做了通知。用早餐時廚師遞來了扇子，關心顧客需求的酒店還是很值得表揚的。臨走時還送了小禮物🎁。
希望改善1、酒店可以補充備用電，以應對突發停電事件。2、房間的地毯污漬還是需要認真清理一下，有點臟。
鄂州的這家温德姆還是很值得入住的，推薦指數四顆星吧！

整體感覺還不錯，前台小姐姐大方，漂亮，也很熱情周到，房間環境乾淨整潔，各種設施齊全，非常人性化，空調開關比較隱蔽，在牀頭櫃那裡，免費電視的劇目比其他酒店多；就是地上停車場車太多，地下停車場有點臟亂，電動車擺在汽車停車位上，顯得雜亂無章，地上滿是泥土。總的來説，還是優點比缺點多吧，希望能發揮有點改進不足吧。真心希望酒店能夠讓每一位顧客得到滿意體驗。
