호텔이 총 2가지의 객실밖에 없어서 큰 것을 선택하시는 것 추천드립니다. 조식은 종류가 많치 않지만 맛이 있었어요! 특히 케이크 참 달고 맛있습니다. 가성비 체인점 호텔이라 추천드립니다

房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠到天亮。衞生間乾濕分離設計合理，洗漱用品齊全，熱水供應穩定。窗外視野開闊，白天能看到街景，夜晚安靜不嘈雜。

房間整潔，關上窗也幾乎聽不到外面的聲音。衞生整體來説還是不錯的，常用區域很乾凈，但是不常用到的地方還是會有些許灰塵，比如衣架和掛鈎上。

我們是來旅遊的，計劃連住兩天。當我們要求前台送一些物品時，明明清單上有這些東西，前台卻稱沒有了。我們表示質疑，如果沒有，為何要標註出來呢？能否讓酒店補充貨品並送來呢？然而，前台給出的解決辦法是店長不在，無法操作，此後也沒有提供相應的解決方案。更離譜的是，那些根本沒有送來的東西，APP 上卻顯示已送達完成。此外，入住時房間的電話機損壞，網絡電視也有故障，房間衞生狀況不佳。由於太累了，我們也就沒有追究。我們一直選擇華住旗下的酒店，這家店的情況實在令人尷尬，前台的服務態度也非常糟糕。説實話，無論旅遊還是出差，我們都住華住會酒店，但這次是最差的體驗。之後，我們會向華住會旗下公司反映這次的情況。另外，不要因為品牌做大了，就忽視服務質量。
