新入住房間服務員連純凈水都沒擺放，打電話前台送來水，結果退按金衹退了196元，從中扣了兩瓶水費。打電話聯繫前台後衹敷衍了一下，後面卻未退款。對於這種亂收費行為嗤之以鼻🤮🤮
