什麼酒店真稀爛，很早就在網上預訂了雙床房，6.5號就劃扣了我的錢，6.6號辦理入住，但沒想到了，到了酒店辦理入住後説雙床房滿了，幫我升級到行政雙床房，也行吧，沒想到房間裏面真差勁，洗個幾分鐘的澡，房間漏滿了水，吹個頭吹風機是壞的，還説我吹壞的，頭髮是濕的，打電話前台，電話機也是壞的，跑上跑下來回折騰，我説要換回我以前預訂的雙床房，酒店負責人説我來晚了沒有雙床房，我就想不通我怎麼就來晚了？就這一間行政房，一副愛住不住的樣子，這大晚上的，我到哪找酒店，小孩明天要高考，衹好忍氣吞聲，來回折騰換了個大床房！我去，這麼早就預訂了雙床房，怎麼居然就沒有了，還老早就劃扣我的房費，有這樣做酒店服務的嗎？柏斯特酒店有沒有信用可言？我要鄂州柏斯特酒店給我討説法？負責人態度極其強硬，我要是住大床房還要預訂你們家嗎？房間設施差，設備陳舊，被子上還有血跡，服務也差！大家記住這酒店的名字鄂州柏斯特酒店，以後千萬不要被這酒店騙了！差評！差，差，差！差！差！

太吵了，，太吵了，太吵了，根本無法安靜的休息一會兒，簡直要炸裂了，孩子在那附近的學校參加考試，中午回來時間不夠，本想在這裏開個鐘點房休息一下，結果吵到炸裂，根本無法休息， 溝通了幾次都沒有結果，還在那裡吵鬧

衞生：大家看視頻 這只是四個枕頭中的其中一個 沒個枕頭都有血漬 聯繫前台來也只是敷衍了事換一個枕套 就當沒事人一樣 衞生…..
