The breakfast is good, and many options to choose from. The indoor swimming pool is friendly for all ages, I enjoyed the plate of fruits given to us throughout our stay. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Lastly, the rooms are amazing.

The hotel environment is very good, the service attitude is good. At present, the flow of people is not large. The May 1 package purchased is relatively cost-effective, but the road to mulberry picking is a bit broken. Evergrande should have no money to maintain it. Other amusement projects are also good. 這家酒店以前是恆大經營的，經常帶孩子過來休閑度假，非常好。現在酒店由其他公司接手經營管理，沒有對比就沒有傷害。首先，房價比以前貴了200多元，服務和品質卻大打折扣。我在攜程以668的價格預訂的湖景房（入住當天20:00前可免費取消），到了酒店前台得知園景房才500多，我想取消攜程的訂單直接在前台訂房被告知不可以。説要什麼經理審核之類的。我懶得糾纏就算了，還是以668的價格入住，安排的是3樓的離湖比較遠的那一邊，前面被樹遮擋，哪裡有什麼湖景。其二，大夏天的，本就是衝著游泳來的，沒成想游泳池上午是不開放的。下午去遊的泳，更衣室沒有阿姨做衞生，積水一地，小孩子很容易摔跤，泳池的淋浴也是沒有洗髮液沐浴露的。其三，早餐基本上就是包子麪條稀飯之類的，品類沒有之前的1/3多，味道也是一言難盡。酒店有很多會議公司團建之類的，所以對於我們這樣的零散住客的用户體驗可以説是絲毫不在乎。這一次出行就是乘興而來 敗興而歸，以前喜歡恆大酒店的親們注意避坑，這個大坑我已經替你們踩過了！

不好的地方:清明節開車一個多小時去到，結果被告知遊樂場沒開，鬱悶死了
好的地方:裝修豪華，價格公道，性價比絕對高
旁邊運動中心，別人在**買的套票，可以去玩，我沒買，鑒於人少，小姐姐也讓我進去玩了，很開心
服務好，一會拿浴缸的膜，一會牙刷一會拖鞋一會礦泉水，店員不嫌我煩，服務態度超級好
