Our apartment was not ready when we arrived at around 4pm, we have to wait for about 45 mins. Have to pay to use the hot springs and pay to buy the laundry detergent. The apartment came with a washer but not a dryer.

The car had some problems on the day we checked out, and the landlord asked her husband to help us check the car. It was very cold outside with strong winds, snow and rain. He was worried that we would be cold, so he asked us to wait in the house. He helped us check the car in the wind and snow. When he said the car was repaired and there was no problem, I felt like he was glowing and saved us from the wind and snow. The rooms are independent and have good privacy.
