Absolutely stunning location, spotlessly clean throughout including the bathroom. Every necessity catered for including fresh milk in the fridge for making the selection of teas/coffee in room. Staff welcoming, professional, polite and attentive, nothing too much trouble.

Lovely hotel, great place to catch up with friends and enjoying a walk at nearby countryside/River Thames. Good food at fair prices particularly in that area.

Been here many times and never disappointed. Love their retro quirky touches ie Smegg fridge And Kettle. With the hotel being in a 5⭐️ Location andq l the high standard accommodation I really believe it would be worth them investing in Air Conditioningloinnńbğ nnnnnq. It was 28df and the room only had a tiny window So no air and the fan they supplied just circulated hot air around the room. Plus the fan was so noisy. But that is my only complaint.

The location, the hotel and the room was excellent. Everything was all very clean and the our room cleaned well everyday. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The service in the restaurant was not so good. I felt the staff didn't look around enough to see what was happening and when they were quieter, they weren't clearing tables. 12% service charge seems excessive when the service was below par. For both meals we had, we had to go to the bar to pay our bill, as we were unable to get the attention of a member of staff. We would definitely recommend the Mill for a show and meal. We literally turned up that day and amazingly they had some tickets.

Outstanding location for a quiet stay. Very good food and service. If you want to stay the rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished. Super bathroom with walkin shower. Excellent parking facilities.
