房間十分乾淨舒適，窗外風景非常好。就是部分設施如燒水壺水垢較多，不過也是屬於能理解的地方。晚上整體來講會十分安靜，不過比較依靠於住在隔壁的人是否大聲説話，否則你將很清楚的聽到人聲噪音並難以入睡。這同時也是我唯一一個未滿意的點便是隔音性較差。這個酒店的餐廳很不錯，早餐比較豐盛並且那個烤麪包片非常好吃。我相信這也是我會選擇在這裏入住的原因之一。希望能繼續保持優點並儘量改善隔音問題，謝謝。

Bad smell
My room had a heavy smell of stale cigarette smoke. The smell permeated my bags and clothing. I requested a room change, but none were available.
At breakfast on my first morning I had bacon which on closer inspection contained a cyst which was very off putting and led me to question the quality and welfare of the animals used in their supply chain.

Disappointing
3rd time staying here and generally very happy but this time the room hadn’t been properly cleaned.
I had to eat in the restaurant and now regret it. I had a fish cake which was clearly out of a frozen packet and over priced although the salad was good and a bowl of tagliatelle which was overcooked. Sent it back and the next one came back the same. How hard can it be? They took 20% off the bill but at £15.95 for an entire I found this way overpriced. Breakfast the next morning was great. Will try again on my next trip.

I liked how easy the hotel was to get to. The staff were lovely. The room was sooo nice and great value for money with a really comfy bed and lovely large windows. Had a great stay here.
