Quick check in, spotless room, polite staff and great value with breakfast included. Regular customer of hotel and always good experience. Since last stay breakfast more organised. Can't fault it for money.

I was surprised I had to pay for parking at this hotel with only the hotel and a restaurant on site. I have stayed at dozens of similar style motels all over the country but never had to pay for parking. I had booked an accessible room for my own reasons but the receptionist looked at me and asked if I really needed an accessible room and suggested I change to a regular room. I didn't feel like arguing with her so went with her suggestion as I didn't wanted to explain why I had chosen an accessible room and paid for that choice.

First thing that is a little annoying is having to pay for parking, shouldn't need to pay extra and the sign in the lift says just make sure you leave your Reg at the desk. Carpet stained and shower room was moldy in places. Bed just a double and breakfast average. Not great value compared to Premier Inns.

It is very convenience because there is a bus from Heathrow airport to Exeter. The bus stop is 5mins walk to the hotel. They have the normal breakfast every morning.

People here are exceptional. Nikki is so kind. Helped a lot.

Really nice room really nice staff and pleasant stay would stay again

I booked the hotel as I took my son to view Exeter university. The location was great, room very clean. Staff were very pleasant & helpful. The only thing that let it down was the breakfast, I couldn’t actually eat the hot food. Eggs were tasteless, sausages didn’t taste like meat & bacon was chewy.

We didn't stay in the hotel as it was all dirty, the entrance looks like it's never been cleaned . The rooms were very small , toilets weren't cleaned so they gave us another room where the carpet was ripped and there was a pair of socks left on the floor. So we chose to go somewhere else also we didn't ask for our money back . They weren't refunding it to us. The staff is rude too

Very good, very good, the family is very satisfied. There are buses to the city center nearby. The waiters are also very considerate. It's really nice. It's very comfortable to walk along the river. I will go there again. I saw many people saying that there is a charge for the parking lot, but we didn't charge for it last night. We just entered the information at the front desk. like.

It is very convenient to navigate the hotel. There are many self-driving around the island in the UK, and right-hand drive and left-hand drive are the way forward. Parking at the hotel is convenient. Among the holiday inn series of hotels in the UK, I choose most of them on the city fringes because they are cheap. It is convenient to start from the hotel to visit the church where the Hardy family is buried, Hardy's former residence, and Hardy's Max Gate.
