Very good service level. And the room is comfortable and we'll maintained. Hot spring is very good and breakfast has many local cusines. It is quite a nice experience to stay here and would definitely stay again for next cusit

酒店和温泉是分開的 感覺不好 但温泉部的這位小姐姐 不但力所能及的解決問題 還能給幫忙主動申請温泉時間延長 非常好 呼倫貝爾的酒店如果都是這個服務態度 那旅遊城市的標簽就立住了

水壓小到逆天的酒店，和他們反應了還非常理直氣壯，這應該是我遇到過水壓最小的酒店了。另外整體設施也老舊。氣得我温泉都沒去泡。

綱上表示酒店溫泉是蒙古第一温泉,但实际上很差,使人極為失望。尤其管理失当,好象我们入住的房间是两天,但柜面给我们的温泉券只写第一天的日子,結果第二天去的话,便用不了。此外温泉区的职员,疏忽职守,见到人客未有穿泳衣,也不阻止他们泡温泉,人客吸烟也不阻止,结果池水嘅污浊,不卫生,烟雾弥漫,其他人客浸浴也觉不舒适....
唯一稱讚,只有拾房間的服务员态度一流,工作认真!

非常棒的温泉酒店，我們從北京到海拉爾，1500公里，出行第五天，為了緩解疲勞特意選擇了這家酒店。房間乾淨整潔，服務人員熱情周到，送了小童早餐和小童温泉票。
在已經到達滿洲里的時候才發現，竟然把孩子的平板電腦遺忘在酒店房間。電話聯繫了酒店，前台工作人員小劉（工號是027）熱心的幫我找到平板電腦，並且幫我進行了郵寄。太感動了😘😘

房間大，4星級標準，温泉是真温泉，水很滑，標間2張床能並一起，寬達2.6米，能睡一家三口。前台劉姓老弟認真負責，長的也帥。

這次在海拉爾頤和温泉酒店，連住兩晚，入住雙床套房，非常舒適。
房間寬敞明亮，雅緻的裝修格調，雙床設計貼心又舒適，床墊很柔軟舒服，完全沒有旅途的疲憊感，還有遮光窗簾，內蒙天亮的特別早，非常需要。最驚喜的是温泉，有很多不同温度的池子，泡在温熱的泉水中，一天的勞累都被撫平了，非常享受。
衞浴設施乾淨整潔，用品齊全且品質不錯，從前台到客房的各位工作人員服務熱情周到，讓人感覺很舒心，非常親切。
位置也很方便，到呼倫貝爾博物館等景點十分鐘車程。
