應該是個新開的酒店，設施很新很全
設施：比較完善，和一線城市的全季沒區別
衞生：很乾凈
環境：空間很大，很簡約
服務：入住挺晚的，工作人員挺熱情

9號續訂房後，沒有打掃房間321。晚上12:40回來後拍照上傳！拖鞋放了，水放了，被子沒有整理也沒有更換。説明管理比較亂！

我以為我在海拉爾，其實我在温什麼旗（名字太長，忘了），呼倫貝爾真的好大。酒店距離著名的河西早市大約開車15分鐘，環境和衞生都不錯。一般來這邊都是自駕遊，這附近停車比較方便，停在路邊就行，地廣人稀。

正常中午12點退房，提前跟酒店前台打了招呼可能晚半個小時退房，前台表示同意並希望得到一個好評。12點十分不到的時候，酒店客房工作人員不敲門直接刷卡打開了房間，並表示自己不知道這個房間沒退房。希望客房服務可以提高一下，進門前敲門確認是最起碼的，甚至進來之後一點歉意都沒有。
