When i arrived, after a long flight and journey from the airport, i was told “we don’t have your booking”, after we sorted that out I went to my room, 281. Well seeing the room, run down, old and worn I can only assume, they didn’t have my booking registered but as I had the confirmation they then had to allocate a room, one which was a back up in case of these situations. It was clean enough, but doesn’t look like it’s used often now. Old fashioned, Dust on table, fridge switched off, phone not connected. I wouldn’t recommend based on the room I had, which going by their pictures was nothing like they advertised. I don’t see a single picture with teal green on the wood chip wallpaper … I have had this hotel removed from the company’s travel system based on my stay.
