The hotel staff is incredible! There is a lot of trouble in Tricia, making our stay pleasant. When we arrived to register, the rooms were not ready, but we had to change for our wedding clothes and she let us change to another room. The hotel's rooms are good and beautiful for the price. The bathroom and toilets are also super clean. Furthermore, they are perfect and clean, with TV and a lot of electrical grips. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel may not be a 5-star hotel in terms of decoration, but the staff of the hotel is incredible and very sympathetic. I would certainly come back.

My parents are moving between the Seine and Marne and Portugal. I recommend you not trust the website because it is completely misleading. We have arrived in this superb domain, certainly in the course of renovation. The lady of the reception was very sympathetic, but she worked alone to welcome everyone at 16:00, which clearly put her in a devastating situation, at the point where we almost wanted to lend her a stronghold. To access our room, we had to move away from the beautiful house we had reserved to end up in a recent building with totally cold and sad rooms. The photos of the so-called “excellent and direct access to the park” (which was clearly not the case) are also attached, and the photos of the room showing its dirt. We have reported the problem to the host, who made us understand that this was not the first time that this was noted. On the evening, we found that the restaurant was privatized (which would have been worth knowing at the time of booking) and we were suggested to order via the UberEats or Deliveroo platforms for a 4-star hotel classified ... Privatisation has resulted in noise all night, music in depth, and many other harms. It is therefore clear that you should avoid this place, because this experience is clearly at light years of what is promoted on their website. I address this message to the directorate: Be honest from the start on your site to avoid bad experiences like this.

The best hotel close to orly airport, the let you check in and check out early for €15/hour.. it was great experience. If you booked breakfast be sure to come early because once you hit 10am the employee rudely avoiding you to get breakfast even though you already paid. So if you can't get up to get breakfast early do not book any breakfast. Breakfast cost €12 with limited option

Novotel Orly I have been lax in writing reviews lately, and never imagined writing one for an airport hotel, but this place is definitely worth the effort. I had an early morning flight out of Orly and decided to stay at the airport rather than schlep in from Paris on a Monday morning. My check-in was quick and easy and they allowed me early access to my room, which are well designed, modern, clean and comfortable, including the bathroom. Public spaces are very warm and informal (not the usual cold reception desk in a sterile lobby) with well thought out colours and textures in a variety of seating areas and a bar that served snacks also. Also a place for kids to play video games and board games. Even a small library of interesting books. Now the real surprise was the restaurant. The baked filet of sea bass dish I had was worthy of a 5-star restaurant in terms of taste and presentation. The bread was warm, the butter soft, a sommelier brought out the wine and the creme brûlée among the finest. The dining room was warm and intimate, and I had a lovely waitress attend to me. There was a buffet breakfast offered and take away food ready at 5am. Once at Orly you are somewhat isolated as you cannot get access to the terminals without a boarding pass. There is a Franprix close to the hotel that will open soon apparently as well as proposed business park in the Couer d’Orly area of the airport. The Novotel is a great place to spend a relaxing afternoon/evening with a very pleasant and accommodating staff. Not one complaint whatsoever.

You have to find it, a good GPS takes care of it The parking lot is too small and arrived late, we park in double line, of course it holds but not ideal We enter the code received by SMS and are in the room Large room, ours is disabled standard very clean and functional nothing to complain about silent, quiet area without major axis against part, nothing around for dinner heating RAS brief a good night In the morning we leave at 5:45 am, so the breakfast was not tested To be redone if you need to sleep in that area And no smell of cigarettes!!!

Very quiet area. Free parking on the road. Friendly staff. We spent a four day break here and it was a great base for visiting PRIS. A supermarket down the road, and a McDonalds if needed. Our apartment had a kitchenette as well. Definitely recommended.

I am here from the States, visiting with friends and the city. When I booked this location I was not excited since it is situated at the peripheri of Paris. I was imagining a quiet neighborhood with nothing around and not the best vibe; however, I couldn't have been more wrong. This hotel is beautiful, very modern and lots of amenities. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The lifts are quick and funtion properly. It is also across the street from the train, metro, and buss station. The area is full of restaurants, bars, patisseries,... The best part is the staff. They are extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. There is no big city, unapproachable attitude. Wormth and good vibes from the minute you walk into the door. It also comes with a wonderful breakfast included. I was extremely impressed. I will concider the same location next time I'll be visiting.

It’s a nice hotel to stay, in a great and quiet neighbourhood. The room was nice for two, the bed was really comfortable! The breakfast is good, that have coffee machine, juice, still and sparkling water, bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, etc..

AARtraveler7Stayed here when attending a small conference nearby. Charged the max rate of 229 Euros/night which is an absurd amount for the room. There is no iron, and when I asked for one on the first day it didn’t appear, on the second day they replied they didn’t have one available but would put me ‘on the list’ and on the third day they said sure and never sent it up. No Kleenex in the bathroom, and though they took dirty towels away they did not replace with new ones. It is quite far from CDG - 100 euro taxi ride. There are few options in Evry so choices quite limited.

GGuest UserTwo nights for work *** Position *** Quite central and easy to reach *** Garage *** If you have a 500, it is ok, if you have everything bigger, you will have quite some problems in using it. *** Rooms *** Three stars ones... nothing extra but the bare minimum, not even an extra pillow, not a safe, not a fridge... nothing at all Ok, it is a 3 star hotel, so the bare minimum, but at least a safe? Ah, so ”green” that no water bottles, but a nice sign that there is a water fountain free to use... ...broken... Heating in the room: sahara level, without possibility to turn it dowm. Trying to do something at the ”table” in the room meant that the computer was overheating, and the legs were burning *** Breakfast *** The only warm choice was scrambled eggs... that looked made from powder. The fresh orange juice and the croissanterie, and the madlaines, were quite good though *** Bar *** Sitting for 5 min, nobidy coming to take our order. One of our party went to call for a waiter. That arrived after other 5 minutes... It is a VERY basic 3 star hotel, nothing very good, but lot of places to go eat something around, and easy enough to reach the nationals
